I have taken several courses from Bridge and they all have the same qualities:
The courses are packed with useful/helpful/necessary information.
The format is easy to follow, and you always know where you left off, so you can pick up easily.
The exams are only about what you've studied in the course, and you have one chance to take the exam over if you feel you can do better.
I've never been disappointed with the courses I have taken from Bridge and highly recommend them for anyone seeking to better their teaching skills. I'm grateful.

Bridge course experience
I recently finished the Teaching English to Young Learners course. The material was ok but still informative. The quizzes in each unit I didn't find too challenging. What was really frustrating was when after I had answered all the questions at every end of unit test I would get an error trying to submit. I had to answer all 20 questions all over again! When I finished the course I went to the page where you enter your certificate number to download the certificate. It says it couldn't find my certificate number. I had to email support to get the certificate. From this experience I probably won't take another Bridge course.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your experience and for completing the Teaching English to Young Learners course. We’re glad to hear that you found the material informative, but we’re very sorry for the technical issues you encountered.
Having to re-enter quiz answers due to submission errors and experiencing difficulty accessing your certificate is understandably frustrating. We recently identified and addressed a system-related issue that affected certificate generation for some users, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we continue monitoring for any remaining glitches.
We’re glad our support team was able to assist you in accessing your certificate, and your feedback has been shared with our technical team for follow-up. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to connect with you directly to ensure everything is fully resolved.
Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review. Feedback like this helps us improve both the learning experience and the reliability of our platform.

The 60-hour Foundations in Online…
The 60-hour Foundations in Online Teaching is a joke. One of the five units tells you what kind of online jobs exist. The overwhelming majority of the course is common sense and the exact same material from the Basic and Educator courses with the word "online" thrown in here and there. The section on ESL pedagogy alludes to the work of contemporary theorists, but who they they get out as one of three examples of major figures? B.F. Skinner . . . the psychiatrist who's most well-known for unethical experiments and his proximity to eugenics. It's like they used a Google search instead of doing any research into linguistics. If you don't know what a word processor is, don't realize that you need a webcam and fast internet to teach online, and think listing all the programs you know is a productive assignment rather than busy work for the sake of having homework, this is the course for you! If you have any background in teaching, have taken their other courses, and are tech savvy enough to operate Zoom, don't waste your money

Dear Britta,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the 60-hour Foundations in Teaching English Online course did not meet your expectations.
We understand how frustrating it can be when a course doesn’t align with a learner’s background or experience level. Your comments regarding course content and academic framing have been shared with our Academic Team for review, as we’re continuously working to improve our offerings and ensure clarity around who each course is best suited for.
We’d be happy to discuss your experience further and review available resolution options. I’ll be reaching out to you directly by email so we can follow up privately.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. It helps us refine both our courses and how we communicate expectations to future learners.
