Thought a review after a year of using this company would show a genuine experience. This company has improved our lives. I used to feel so guilty when I hadn’t done housework and sometimes hoped people wouldn’t call in to visit. Now, our home is always bright and clean. It’s encouraged me to be tidier too. They do a great job and are friendly. They come in, clean from top to bottom and then a quick goodbye afterwards. They’re so efficient. It’s such an easy experience and I’m so glad we found them. Lovely team, reliable and thorough. Highly recommended

Bright and Beautiful did a brilliant and exceptional job cleaning a residents room before handover, and would highly recommend their services for any commercial or work matter. They were professional from start to finish and delivered an exceptional standard of cleaning that exceeded our expectations. I paid Bright & Beautiful Huddersfield branch nearly £400 for a deep clean to get the house ready to put on the market.

My vintage dressing table was damaged and my kitchen was not cleaned at all.
The deep clean included internal windows, inside of kitchen cupboards and a 'ceiling-to-floor' clean. The kitchen had not been cleaned; everything was exactly as we'd left it.

I sent photos and a complaint asking for a refund for the deep clean and I was turned down.

I am so disappointed by this service, given it is quite an expensive clean.
I would not recommend this company.

Needed a deep clean as putting house on the market, very pleased the 3 person team arrived on time, i left my property and returned late afternoon and i was very well surprised by how clean it was and how tidy it was, I highly recommend bright and beautiful

I was just moving back into my house after more than 2 years away and the house had been left in a disgusting state by a temporary occupier. I had arranged deep cleaning of the property in advance with the very helpful Heval. And on the day, 4 very capable, positive and enthusiastic young women arrived from Bright & Beautiful and spent a couple of hours transforming the property so that I could start to think of it as my home again. They were brilliant!

I recently went to visit my brother, and I was absolutely delighted to see his house looking so beautifully clean! As he lives on his own, it can be really hard for him to keep up with all the housekeeping himself. The team from Bright & Beautiful Bedford were fantastic and so friendly. Daughter done a trial shift promised it would be paid, she later received notification she did not get the job, yet you have added ger to payroll and have not received payment, yet you told hmrc you have!!! Please avoid this company

I applied for this job got invited for interview they asked me if I could come along for induction next day I said yes and went again for induction . Then got told they were offering me the job and see how I get on and told me I had to wait for them to ring me for my full contract ect . Received there call yesterday Tuesday 1st September 2026 thinking this was it only for them to give me feedback saying they were happy working with me but unfortunately the position has been filled so I wasted 2 days of hard work for nothing . Yes I got paid but there something not right with this company why tell someone they got the job then next minute you tell them they haven’t got the job .i wouldn’t recommend this company and the manger was late both days picking me up from Watford Junction and I got there on time . And they couldn’t give me a full reason why I didn’t get the job just said the position been filled . Wouldn’t recommend working with this company as they love to waste people time and effort.

It is so lovely to come home and it's all clean,refreshed and tidy.Bright and Beautiful in Haddington,East Lothian have full marks for us.They are trustworthy,reasonable and communicate well. Last minute changes to regular cleans are tolerated.The team work very hard and I wish my sister had a team like this in Suffolk. Hopefully one day they will expand and create a team down there

The bright & beautiful team in Norwich did a deep clean at the house today. The quality of work was exceptional and the team went above and beyond to make sure they cleaned the home to a high standard they were both friendly and professional. I want to thank them both and I will be sure to use them again in the future. Fantastic.

We have been receiving twice monthly whole house cleans from Bright & Beautiful Telford for over a year now. Every time the team visit, they are punctual, friendly and professional. The house looks and smells amazing each time. Every surface sparkles! ✨✨✨

★ 1 STAR – Avoid.

I paid £395.28 for what was supposed to be a professional clean, and I’m still trying to work out what exactly was cleaned.

The service was booked for move-in day, with no other works happening in the house apart from a wardrobe being assembled in one room. Despite that, large parts of the property — including the second bedroom — were not cleaned at all. The same standard (or lack of it) applied across most of the house.

The team was there for a very short amount of time for a three-bedroom detached house, so it’s difficult to see how anything close to a thorough clean could have been carried out.

Some basic areas were completely missed — cupboard doors (inside and out), shelves, surfaces, behind the curtains and higher areas that clearly hadn’t been touched. Either the equipment wasn’t there, or the effort wasn’t.

Some highlights: the shower somehow “cleaned” without ever being touched (completely dry), and glass surfaces left with dust still sitting neatly in the corners.

After I complained, their supervisor came back to review and “complete” the job. Unfortunately, this achieved very little — the majority of the same areas were still missed, making the follow-up visit a complete waste of time.

I raised everything on the day to their boss and followed up with evidence and photos. There is also a witness who can confirm the cleaners had already left after a short period of time and that the property was clearly not cleaned properly.

All of this has been handled by company's Worthing (West Sussex) branch, and despite multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, there has been no accountability, no acknowledgement of the poor service, and no offer of any refund.

In the end, I had to clean the entire house myself — after paying nearly £400 for a service that, in reality, was never delivered.

If this is their idea of a “professional clean,” I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
