Our son has been going to Bright Horizons since he was 15 months old. In every room he's been in (babies, infants and now Preschool), the staff have gone above and beyond to meet his individual needs, learning style, etc. They've adapted brilliantly to his quirks, followed his interests, helped him learn... His current key worker is so caring, you can tell that she and her colleagues truly love their young charges. Every day we drop him off at preschool, we know that our son is going to have a great day, full of opportunities, fun activities, visits to the park, library, etc. Trust me, I'm a teacher and I know for a fact that the curriculum that Bright Horizons delivers daily rivals that of primary one in variety and quality. Our son comes home knowing things that we haven't taught him yet, and that includes manners and routines. Sometimes he asks to go there, even during the holidays. The staff supported us through important stages such as potty training with no judgement or pressure. They've also prepared our son to become a big brother. Bright Horizons staff never fail to impress me with their knowledge, professionalism, patience, adaptability, care, dedication. I highly recommend their service and have already enrolled our second baby far in advance. As their motto states, choosing Bright Horizons isn't just about childcare, it's about their childhood.

Bright horizons Wilmington is the best nursery and would 100% recommend to all parents for their little one. They supported me every step of the way as my daughter started, helped with every query and reassured me that my daughter would love it there, which she truly does. Everyone who works there are amazing and always puts the best interest of the children first. They do so many activities with them each day to help them learn and develop, I love to see the daily pictures and the fun they have

We are so happy we chose this nursery above all others! The teachers have incredibly kind hearts and truly love what they do, and our son is developing a warm, trusting relationship with them. Our 17 month-old daughter has absolutely thrived since starting at this nursery. From day one, the staff have been incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, it's clear how much they genuinely care for each child.

We've seen such a positive change in our little one, their confidence has grown, they've made new friends, and they've learnt so much in such a short time. Whether it's new words, songs, or skills, we're constantly amazed at how much they're picking up each week!

The environment is warm and welcoming, and we always feel reassured knowing our child is happy, safe, and stimulated. The team does a fantastic job of blending play with learning, and it’s lovely to see how excited our little one is to go in every morning.

The eldest child is very happy and looks forward to going to nursery every day. She speaks very fondly of her teachers which is lovely to hear. I was a nervous wreck at the beginning and the staff have been so kind, supportive and communicate always. My youngest 16 months has also started at bright horizon and I can’t wait to see her personal development.

Bright Horizons in Golders Green is fantastic nursery with the friendliest staff whose warmth you can feel as soon as you walk in the door. Even the kitchen staff know and love the children. They have a great mix of activities all aligned to key development of the children and post brilliant daily photos on the app for parents. Tracking of everything via the app is fantastic as a parent as you never need to ask anything. The food is also fantastic with a great range of healthy options including meat.

The only difficulty is parking for drop offs and that sometimes it takes a while to be let into the nursery when waiting outside but all in all we couldn't be happier.

Thank you to all of the staff that make the nursery what it is. We can see the love and care you have for our children which is so reassuring and means more than you may realise.

The staff at Brighthorizons Clairmont are superb. We have had 2 children be there and both have flourished. The facilities are also impressive after the recent renovation.

Bright horizons is a brilliant nursery. Both our children are so happy there and they have learnt so much. All the nursery teachers are very kind and caring and we feel really comfortable leaving the children with them.

My son has been at BH Earlswood for over a year now, starting in baby room 1. The staff are amazing and have helped him to come on leaps and bounds. He has turned into such a friendly, loving and caring child and I am so grateful to BH staff for their involvement in this.
Any concerns are always dealt with promptly and with my sons best interests at heart. The garden is so lovely and better than most of the nursery’s in the area, he particularly loves the mud kitchen and chickens that they’ve recently introduced.
BH offers a calm, organised environment, the sort of environment my son is happiest in. They are always organising activities and the updates on the app are great for knowing what he’s been up to in the week.
Most importantly, I feel the staff really a care about him and are happy to see him. Drop off and collection is never a rush and I often stop for a chat with the staff and get updates on how he’s got on that day.

There’s a lovely mix of children and parents, everyone says hello… staff and parents included. The children are all very well behaved and that’s a testament to the work of the staff, providing attention to every child and ensuring their needs are met.

During the summer they held a brilliant summer fair with farm animals, face painting, activities and a bbq, it was such a nice thing to do for the children and took a lot of organising and effort from the staff.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending BH to anyone considering sending their child here.

Bright Horizons Wilmington have been fantastic with welcoming my son into Nursery Class this year. He has settled in so well from an anxious start, due to the caring, understanding and patient staff. He has additional needs and they have been amazing, supporting him in every way that they can. They always keep me updated about my child’s learning, progress and discuss his day with passion and enthusiasm. It’s lovely to be a part of this community and see how well my child is progressing with his speech and overall development due to the carefully planned activities and hardworking staff.

Our children have both settled in beautifully. The staff are all very friendly and kind. They keep us updated throughout the day via the app and are quick to contact us if there are any issues I.e. bumps, temperatures etc.
Both have been eating very well and trying new foods. Speech has developed so much in the space of a few weeks and both enjoying their nursery/pre school experience.

Our 2 year old has only been at Bright Horizons for just under a month and she is flourishing there. To say she loves it is an understatement - she loves to talk about her day, who she played with, which adults she liked talking to that day and what yummy food she's had - she only had to have one settling in session as she pretty much felt at home there straight away. The staff are polite, caring, friendly and genuinely seem interested in our little one. I absolutely love the updates we get from the staff - it's wonderful to see how much she's loving her days there. Highly recommend.
