I had this procedure 7 years ago and did all my checkups as advised and have taken all the medication they prescribed to me but ended up having to remove them because i was losing vision .i lost 60% of my vision and I am now diagnosed with glaucoma,and uveitis and i have to take eye drops for the rest of my life to control my IOP and glaucoma.it's been very miserable.i have to spend thousands upon thousands on surgeries and medication to correct my vision.it's not worth it at all long-term.one of the biggest regrets i made in my life.i had the sea green ones and they were beautiful but now that i look at the big picture eye sight is more important! PEOPLE WHO ARE CONSIDERING THIS SURGERY PLEASE DON'T DO IT! I HAD MANY DOCTORS,FRIENDS,AND FAMILY ADVISE ME NOT TO DO IT AND I DIDN'T LISTEN TO THEMAND NOW I REGRET IT BIG TIME! VISION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN SOME STRANGERS COMPLIMENTING YOUR EYES. DO.NOT.DO.IT!!!

brightocular is a dangerous company…
brightocular is a dangerous company that manufactures and operates on individuals placing implants into the eyes in order to change your eye color ' permanently'. The company states about the procedure being safe and makes statements like "the brightocular artificial iris implant is a united states invented device made of ophthalmic grade silicone which is used in intraocular lenses for decades throughout the world. Brightocular is manufactured under class-100 strictly controlled environment. The facility has iso 13485 certification, world", they fail to give you any further information to actually validate this statement to be true, you are to simply take their word for it. this is the first alarm bell! second alarm bell is that their phone line goes to voice message regardless of what day or time you attempt to ring them - they simply do not answer their phones! And the third alarm bell is that there is no physical location or company office address listed anywhere to allow you to go into their premises to discuss this further. I did not listen to my intuition and had the procedure overseas as it is NOT ALLOWED IN THE USA (you can guess why that is), they basically shoved these tings into my eyes took my money and f*ed me off, within 4 month I knew I was in trouble and I had them removed 6 months in emergency surgery in the US, my vision is severely damaged as a result and its been HELL to live with the consequences. PLEASE DO NOT EVER LET THEM NEAR YOUR EYES, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
