Ultion smart lock
Brought smart lock from Ultion and as others have said it is very temperamental. Emails sent to them about this poor product were answered once then ignored. Customer service from the company who run the software and app are also not very helpful but at least they reply.
When they say easily fitted and no drilling required on there website is rubbish as holes were needed to be drilled in my three month old door for fitting.
New app software has slightly improved the working of the lock but it is still unreliable and I would not recommend this product.
If I hadn't had to drill holes in my door I would have returned it as it in no way performs as it does in the videos on the website.
Luckily you can still use the key if all else fails.

I have a brisant smart lock and would advise anybody considering one to think long and hard. I have had problems since day one and customer service is a waste of time. My door has unlocked while we are both at home. Told us we are leaving the auto unlock zone while we are all at home. Customer service keep saying check software is upto date and re calabrated. You can only do this so many times before loosing confidence in the product. I have now after 3 months of trying to get it to work asked for my money back. Yes you guessed it. No reply from customer service.

Great products, however no customer service!
Great products from this company that makes secure door locks. They used to have great customer service in the name of Zoe. However it would seem that person has left and now you don't get any response to any query. Great products, but looks like they don't want to sell their products. Such a shame!
