I recently arranged my new company car, a Jaecoo 8, through Britannia Leasing, and the whole experience was seamless. Matt Berry is an asset to the team, the whole process was fast, efficient and professional throughout, and the car was delivered within 4 weeks from start to finish.

I’m very happy with the vehicle itself. The Jaecoo 8 is a great hybrid car, full of high-tech features, very comfortable, and a really smooth drive.

I won't be using your company again. I've used you twice before, but the agent gave me incorrect advice that led to VW canceling my lease. He knew the leaseholder didn't have a driver's license, and he should have known that was a requirement for completion. We wasted three months waiting for this, only for it to be rejected at the last minute due to a verification issue (the leaseholder had no driving license). From my perspective, I should have been told this information when applying; that's his job. Furthermore, the broker fee refund was refused. In my opinion, crucial information wasn't given to me on application, causing it to be rejected, which wasted three months of waiting.

My experience was exemplary due the supreme service l received from Charlie Chapman from start to finish.Not only did he provide great knowledge of my chosen vehicle and the whole process ,he coupled this with patience ,reassurance,understanding to me as a widow wholly technically dumb, embargoing on the business of leasing a car. Dealing with Scott and Britannia was like a breath of fresh air. I had an absolute nightmare with a Mercedes main dealer. Broken promises. Eventually I cancelled the order and went to Britannia. Really glad I did. No regrets. Scott kept me up to date with progress. The communication was excellent unlike the main dealership in East Anglia.
