Brought a 2018 seat Leon from here brilliant little car was exactly as described , I traveled 3 hours to collect the car via taxi to my surprise I was given half the cost back towards a £300 taxi completely off there own back also paid for 6 month tax with my car and gave me 6 month warranty more than fair dealership who go above and beyond for there customers , would highly recommend as the customer service from start to finish and get taken care of unlike most big dealerships. :)

Britannia Car Sales in Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, England sold us a car in January 2024 that they stated was ready for collection, as all prep work had been completed. This was NOT the case sadly! The vehicle was full of dog hairs, cigarette ends and dirty inside. It had not been cleaned well, if at all.

Driving over 50mph caused the car to shake and vibrate badly, the radio/cd player display faded and disappeared. All of which was reported to the garage as soon as it was discovered, and it took them 6 weeks to reimburse the cost of repairs arranged to fix the shaking/vibrating which was caused by damage to the suspension and was advised it was dangerous to drive, they did not reimburse the cost to repair the audio system however! Our money was NOT defected, so why was the car?, why weren't the faults mentioned in the online advertisement?

Be careful if using this garage, yourself, we regret it!
