This was the only place I could find a wide enough real wood threshold after having the bathroom re tiled and meeting a wood floor. The product arrived brilliantly packed and looks great. My only gripe, which I did communicate, is that they have a blanket charge for delivery of £35 and I had to grit my teeth to order a £15 strip of wood and pay £50. Perhaps consider an alternative courier for small orders?

The wood arrived very well packed, the edges are protected by strong cardboard and covered in cling film.
It arrived in perfect undamaged condition.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the process, from ordering to delivery. They were clear on when the wood was to be delivered and it arrived with no problems. The quality of the walnut was great and was able to get a uniform 45mm thickness after running through my planer/ thicknesser. Will definitely be buying from them again.

The skirting and architrave was as ordered but was a bit disappointed that the architrave had a large knot in the wood, this should have been checked prior to dispatch.

The ordering procedure was slick and efficient. The timber I received was of the highest quality and packaged perfectly. After many years of restoration I was pleased to find this company and will be using as my default goto for wood in the future 👏🏻
