Thankyou oh so very much!
People are OFTEN quick to complain but often fail to acknowledge when someone has gone above and beyond!
Today, my solicitor Catriona Graham, finally managed to nudge what was marketed as a quick sale across the line! Catriona beavered away to keep me as the seller VERY happy! The buyer and their 3rd party were simply a NIGHTMARE! I was kept informed, I was given informed advice and allowed to make a logical decision! Thankyou from the very bottom of my heart for keeping me sane through this process!
I would not use any other party again for conveyancing!

I am really disappointed with these solicitors. Last year they helped with a will and transferring home into my kids name following a terminal diagnosis. I needed to make some changes to the home transfer. I dealt with Sebastian and then Ruby who were really helpful but the lady called Katrina in conveyance has not bothered to get in touch following telephone calls and emails

Terrible. Has taken 18 months. A woman hit my son and wrote his car off. She took full responsibility. The insurance company didn’t pay out value of car so had to be replaced by a year older one which we had to pay an extra £1000 for. He was injured and had to have physio all the time whilst taking his A levels. He had time off from his part time job. He thought he was getting £900 which is terrible for what he went through and nowhere near covers his costs and when they’ve actually sent out the final letter advising after they have taken their costs and physio off he is going to get £300!!!! Seriously!!! Shouldn’t her insurance company pay for the physio!!! His insurance company recommended these cowboys!! He is still suffering and in pain but didn’t want it going on any longer. Do t use this company!!!

Billed over quote for a unresolved issue and then ignore you entirely.
Had to correct issues with their letters, I was always the one having to call. Very slow to act and just all round bad service

Rachel Hunter was excellent. She did our wills and lasting powers of attorney and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She was absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the best options to us and was always very professional and extremely kind. We have already recommended her to our friends.

Faultless service. I enquired on Sunday and had a response by Monday. I missed the call but called them back and I had further call with a solicitor at exactly the time I was told to expect. Victoria provided some great insight and based on the information she gave me I didn’t require their services at present but there is no way I will be going anywhere else for legal advice based on today’s experience.
