This product was far too difficult to use. Unfortunately it went in the bin.

Fantastic selection of window films. I ordered a made to measure one. I received it two days after ordering it. It was so easy to install due to the instructions sent with it. Looks brilliant, couldn’t be happier with it.

Easy to install product, prompt delivery.

The window transfer has not adhered consistently and looks marbled. Very disappointed as I think I followed the instructions.

Unfortunately, we were unable to remove the micro bubbles from the numbers. Initially we thought it was an installation issue so we purchased a new set of numbers and the result was the same as the previous attempt.

With this experience in mind, instead of purchasing a 3rd set of numbers we have decided to quit whilst we are behind.

Ending on a positive note: the customer service person was very polite on the phone.

Hi you did not send me what I asked for which was straight forward I thought ( 1) in the box but no you sent (No. 1 ) this is perhaps why it cost me £47.00 ! My client only wanted the (1) part so i had to discard the rest. Shame really as previously you managed no problem to just send the numerals, why hou added the lettering i dont know, and of course I had to swallow the cost, maybe you will refund me

Offered a 30cm high letter option in a choice of font styles and tasteful colours which sealed the deal for me. Fairly easy to apply and the result was great above my front door.

I have purchased from Brume before, their made to measure service is brilliant and their updates on dispatch and delivery second to none, the instructions on how to get the best installation of the film was very detailed and it looks fab on the window

Really great product - it offers fantastic privacy whilst still allowing a lot of light in. One window we included a flower design which looks lovely. Easy to put up - much easier than we thought it might be, although was a little trickey removing the backing on such a large sheet. Lovely email sent on purchase and delivery was quick. Have already reccomended it to friends and family.
