Amazing, they are so responsive to emails as I put my address in wrong and they posted it back out really quickly. It also looks so perfect! Easy to order, came quickly, super helpful and stunning.

Great customer service after I managed to botch an application on my window. (I found the cut-outs did not easily come away with the masking tape covers and I subsequently messed up their removal) A replacement film was sent out by return and was also discounted. Thank you!

Plenty of help with the fitting - we watched the youtube clip which was invaluable. The windows now look so updated and much fresher. We liked it so much we've now bought it three times for different parts of the house.
