I liked the course content. I was told on enrollment that there was no time limit on completing the course and with cancer twice it interrupted my study. I was then told that actually there is a time limit. That created some anxiety as I was worried I wouldn't be able to complete it, despite spending years working on it.

I would've liked to have feedback on my final result as I worked very hard.

Lovely place to study your courses and great support from tutors.not only that they posted my certificate on time .

Such a understanding company, I actually started my course in 2014 but I only just finished it this year and Passed with a high Distinction, they were so patient with me, I had lost bith parents, and life was difficult & BSY were so supportive, they were there to answer any questions, fantastic company.

BSY course I took was a delight to do, I could it in my own time at a pace that suited me. Any support I needed was always on hand, the staff are always helpful, respect and easy to talk to. Thoroughly recommend any courses.

I contacted them to ask about my course that I paid for and started a few years ago and never finished. I also asked about a potential course in counselling as I am just about to finish my degree in Psychology and counselling. I got a curt response saying that I should of completed within 2 years and to check out FAQ to see if answered my enquiry. There was no response to my other question about a counselling course. I used to find them very knowledgeable and courteous but very disappointed in this response. I Since leaving this review I have had some communication with Charlotte who was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have been able to continue my course which I am thrilled about. Many thanks Charlotte!

Faye has been in particularly helpful. I had a query outside of the usual norms, and she was very supportive. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this course and learned so much. There was help if, and when I needed it from friendly helpful staff. I have been able to help people understand the aspects of their dreams for which I am very grateful. In to my next course now

The best online courses available. I have studied three different courses in with them. A very professional company, always helpful and polite to the students. I would recommend to anybody wanting to learn and gain extra qualifications, not only is it easy to access but also knowledgeable. Thank you to the staff and company.

BSY is a very special company and is in fact a complete community. Their courses are beautifully crafted as well as accredited and cover a vast range of interesting subjects. I highly recommend them and particularly advise opting to receive posted manuals, as they create an invaluable resource once your course is finished.
I will be returning for further courses once my current ‘Zen Yoga’ is complete .

I've done 3 courses with BSY .The courses are very enjoyable and it is easy to get help if required. You get plenty of feed back when you send in course questions and they are very prompt at replying

I have done several courses over a number of years with BSY. I have enjoyed everyone of them. The turnaround for marking is excellent and the courses are comprehensive and I have learnt a lot.
For the first time today i have reached out for support and i am very happy i did, i sent an email which was quickly picked up and followed up by a phone call thank you very much.

Very easy course to understand
Also completed in 3 months which I thought would take longer
Good comments each time I sent a course in and quick to reply with the next course.
Will definitely look into another course in the future

BSY are a fantastic company to learn through. Studying from home, at my own pace with informative courses & assistance available at the end of the phone or email. I highly recommend advancing your knowledge or changing careers through them.

I have loved how supportive BSYgroup have been with me . I have had a lot of health issues and stopping and starting my course that I love. Due to health it’s been difficult but every time I contact I get full support and nothing is to much for them . Highly recommend
