My late mother was Spanish and I found out by chance that as a UK citizen I could obtain Spanish citizenship and Dual Nationality Passport,
I needed the help of a reputable firm with proven experiance and expertise in this area of Spanish and international Law.
After careful consideration of several Law companies In this field I decided to contact Buckles directly as they were based in London and have other offices including Spain .
I was introduced to Lola Pacheco who leads in her field of Spanish and international Law, She explained the whole process to me and advised what documents were needed , there were many documents some from overseas that I did not have and she provided guidance on exactly how to obtain them.
Her communication whether by phone or email was always prompt clear and precise enabling me to understand all the different stages of the process.
The whole experience has been 100% positive and
altho it had taken just under a year because of all the diferent stages ,there was never any let up to the personal service and attention I received during that time.

I would highly recommend the Probate Service, led by Sarah Westwood at Buckles Law. The initial information pack provided outlines the overall process clearly, provides options for degree of solicitor involvement and likely timescale. We opted to gather the necessary information for the IHT400 and supporting documents ourselves and provided SW with completed data sheets for review, correction where required, and rapid completion of the IHT400. We received a speedy response to any queries we had. Overall the process worked very well, limited costs and allowed us to submit the IHT400 and supporting files 4.5 months after the date of death. The application was processed quickly by HMRC, inheritance tax paid and the Grant of Probate issued just under six months after the date of death.

You listened to what we need to achieve with our updated Wills, and translated our wishes into readable understandable English.

I found Rebecca totally professional and extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the relevant probate matter. She answered all my questions succinctly and in plain, understandable language and I would have no hesitation on recommending her to anyone.

Very efficient response time from first contact by e mail and telephone. Quickly asses what is needed. Solicitor very well supported by knowledgeable Para legal team. Sound advice and great follow up support documents. Importantly more accurate than have experienced in the past with other legal firms.

We have a couple of things going through with Buckles although connected, with different people Amy dealing with an ongoing sale of a property and change to land registry on another, excellent, professional and very approachable making it as easy as possible to deal with. Dealing with Jenifer on another matter of Probate connected with the sale of property frustrated only by the time it takes for the civil service to do their bit!
