IV been using Bud bros, for some time now,never had a problem, quality is always fantastic.unfortunatly the courier ( drivers) have been a let down.thats no reflection on Bud Bros .

After buying more then serval strains and spending serval hundreds of pounds since the start of the year and all were coming old stale & 1 even mouldy they sent a replacement once and offerd me a voucher code of £10.00 I recently spent £180 just over a week ago and I honestly give up with this website it’s poor quality I’ve tried more then 9 /10 strains 1 was nice and then went out of stock new batch come back in stock I ordered more this time and nothing like the previous time finally deiced to put my money else cbd is really poor quality and very bad tasting including black ash

The overall ordering , different buds to choose from was smooth, no complaints until it came to actually recieving my package ,courier started its journey on 30th March,bearing in mind you pay for the service of 48 tracked,it can't arrive on the 3rd due to bank holiday, which I planned to get the bud b4 I went away for easter,no correspondence from apc, ended up having to call them, blamed a bad driver,time slot changed 6 times in 2 days,had to reschedule for Saturday 4th which will then be 7 days since ordering,,just use dpd budbro

Again today bulling to buy text message that will not stop. I’ve blocked, emailed, contacted customer services with a formal complaint and even had 2 responses, an email & one on here... But again, just empty words by a company just wanting to bombard for money, taking no care on the effects they have…This is completely immoral & should be illegally, so, keep texting me, as every time I’m leaving you 1 star!
