Very helpful and quick, everything was sorted within two days, would definitely recommend

Been an existing customer for over 2 years and never missed a payment went to get a top up and was declined, wont tell me why it was declined other than computer says no 🤣🤣 no humans or trust involved as they say they base all there loans on and the guarantor means nothing as i have proved i can afford the loan as ive been paying it for 2 years my guarantor was happy to go ahead with the top up, but this god awful company dosnt stand by anything it says on the packet i do not advise using them as they obviously dont seem to appreciate the customers that pay on time no matter what.

I carefully considered a loan as my credit rating is not that high. Buddy loans have been really easy and helpful with the whole process. Thank you.

Pride themselves in saying as long as you have a good buddy (guarantor) then that’s all they need for them to lend to you. Absolute lie. I have a great guarantor, high credit score, multiple business and houses, which was accepted fine but then I can only assume it was declined on the affordability side which they don’t even ask you about your circumstances, they just ask to see your online banking. You need to change your slogan and name of your company because it’s all false.

They’re saying they checked my affordability, without taking into consideration what the loan was for and never once contacted me to ask any questions regarding my affordability. They just see your incoming/outgoing on your online banking and decide from that. Point is, I could have easily afforded the loan I applied for but because I spent my excess money on other things, making extra payments, therefore making it look like I had nothing left at the end of each month etc.

This isnt a good company they say no rejections etc and its nonsense i had a guarantor too and still said no
They offered no help or support the female i spoke to wasnt helpful at all

I am only the guarantor for my son's loan , so I can't really comment on it , but aside from that it was quite easy to become his guarantor, but he did all the work for it .

It took awhile to finalise but thats because I work nights otherwise quick and easy aslong as you tell them the truth, great service 👍 👌
