The installation was fine only took them about a day price was what I expected but the finance was a bad experience to say the least the salesman did not explain the finance agreement fully and how it worked we asked if there is a buy now pay later option and they said yes there is 2 options came up one was declined and the other was accepted so paid deposit then signed agreement a few weeks later got email saying your monthly payment is due November 2026 so rang up finance company and said it should be Nov 2027 and they said this agreement is not a buy now pay later one I didn't read the terms and conditions before signing it I presumed it was a buy now pay later agreement so just signed it the salesman should of said that's not a buy now pay later one and then I would not of gone ahead with the deal so read the terms and conditions on your agreement or you will get scammed like we did

Ordered and paid for a front door and for a cupboard door that is adjoining to be classed, when fitter came the front door had been measured short and fitters said the cladding could not be done (they thought the cupboard door was to be blocked up) this was explained at the time that it was a working opening/closing door, they left then it got remeasured and was told the only way would be to have a whole new door put on and with all the confusion they would do it for free, I then got notified by email that my door had been fitted on 20th august, I did phone a few times and was told I would be contacted (I was not) when I did get through and spoke to someone I was told that my front door could not be found and now has to be remade and the cladding will be done, still waiting on a call to book the fitting day for next weekend.

The whole process was professional throughout. Communication during the whole process was helpful and efficient, through the initial contact, measurement, design, payment and fitting.
When it came to actually fitting the windows the fitters were clean, tidy, helpful and did an amazing job.
Truly excellent from start to finish.

The actual lads that fitted the windows were polite tidy
And done an excellent job with minimal fuss from my point of view
I did have to keep chasing up main office to double check as there timings were slightly off but then again there actual knowledge of the job were good no complaints

Love my new doors but customer service was a bit hit and miss. I was originally told I could have a Saturday fitting then that wasn't possible but the installers would arrive at 7am before I had to leave for work, which didn't happen either. More communication needed between departments.

Fitted perfectly in 1 day.
Scaffolding company used were fantastic aswell. Neat, tidy and professional service from start to finish.
Highly recommend Penine to anyone.

Windows and front door purchased through Pennine Home Improvements. Happy with final results but communication and aftercare could have been vastly improved.

Fantastic service throughout, from the moment Chris entered my property and talked me through the product features, to the inspection post-installation by Mark.
Kim, who I assume managed the project side of my purchase, was nothing short of amazing. She kept me in the loop all the way through and did her best to ensure the installation date and time was suitable for me.
The products, (which are stunning), are of great quality and at an affordable price; not to mention having the added bonus of lengthy warranties to ensure my windows and doors remain pristine for years to come.
Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!!

UPDATE 2 - 5th October. After a phone call mid September that I made, I was told by marketing my message would be passed on and I’d receive a call. Total and utter BS. Still waiting. Avoid this company at all costs.

FURTHER UPDATE - I called the office to explain no one had been in touch following the reply to this message and the google review I have left. Still ZERO response. Today is 13/09/2026

Believe me when I say this is only half the story…

In June 2024 we commissioned Budget Windows, part of the Home Network Group based at Team Valley, to install over £11000 worth of windows and french doors. We agreed to finance as I no longer trust companies of this size to not rip us off and wanted protection, so with finance this amounted to over £20k!

After a year we had noticed mould and even our curtains were moving inside the house with the wind.

We asked the company to investigate, but only after we had installed a new roof believing the windows couldn’t be the problem as we had bought the “best on the market”.

Home Network Group sent out a brilliant chap who had to calm my wife down when she got upset as more and more problems were shown to us (see pictures - they are only a handful of dozens. And all of these photos were taken during the inspection one year after installation - cowboys work).

Over a year later, and after a silly amount of visits from so called surveyors and from the same guy to fix these issues, often on his own, and we have had our complaint closed without agreement THREE times.

This company are refusing to acknowledge we had paid for windows via finance for 2 years that were not fit for purpose, and still have years left of repayments.

They have refused to admit fault for mould in our house despite being directly above the windows and all over the ceiling above the windows.

They have refused to acknowledge the fact we now have to pay for remedial works because of their “fixes”.

They have refused to offer any form of compensation.

They have ignored the finance companies request through Section 75 (confirmed today).

They ignored our complaint for weeks until we initiated further contact to say the fixes had not been completed.

Customer service is absolutely disgraceful. The lady (I won’t name her because I’m not a complete prick who would ruin someone’s career) who was “passed our case” said she would be in touch within 7 days. That never happened. When we did speak she was argumentative and had refused to escalate my case because she is “complaints manager”.

The initial bodge job of installation was accredited by Assure Certification Ltd. They have been contacted now and I’ll be providing them with all evidence of the supposed quality marked work. Believe me, I have dozens of photographs.

I can’t take any more of hard working people, not just us, spending their hard earned money in a world that’s hard enough to afford anything now, have their eyeballs taken out.

If I was you, I’d avoid this company like the plague.

We spoke to one of your salespersons,who told us about budget windows,and he was very good,told us just what we wanted, the french door was fitted,we are very happy with them, great service from everyone involved,👍

Altogether a pleasant experience from beginning to end.
The price of the windows were competitive and the quality of them is excellent. The fitters were two gentlemen who worked non stop. They cleaned up afterwards and were professional and friendly.

Purchased a new bay window and front door recently. Communication was great and kept me informed of progress of my order. Installers were very professional and did a great job. Was very impressed of how clean they worked leaving everything clean & tidy after both installations. Would definitely use the company again.

Can’t fault the service from original phone call to enquire to meeting Bez Bayat who came following evening to speak to us. We were listened to and advised on a full range of options open to us. No pushy sales talk or upselling unnecessary just informative information about what was available. Two ways of getting a sale the right way or the wrong way. We had the right way and consequently are extremely happy with our choice to go ahead. It’s a full house we are having done so was never going to be cheap but we feel you pay for what you get and extremely happy with service and price we received. Looking forward now to having it done. We were made to feel very comfortable with Bez and for that reason happy to go ahead.

Needed new windows to reduce traffic noise. Was promised by the sales representative that new windows would reduce the noise. Didn't inform us that new windows have vents that can increase noise. Raised complaint with company. No help was given although tried different vents that haven't worked. Sales representative in my honest opinion has mis sold the windows. Finance department today Threatened my wife with debt collector.Avoid this company

Would recommend for anyone thinking of installing new very high quality double glazed windows. Excellent service very good value considering the effort to install properly. The fitters Michael and Johnathon were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Kim organised everything perfectly answering the phone quickly and was only too happy to help. Honestly I'm a very happy customer. 5 stars to Pennine windows!

Phoned and asked for a quote. Very quick response, surveyor turned up 4 hours later. They give you different prices. One that lasts for 12 Months or an on the day price. My 12 month price was £26,000 for a door and 8 windows. 3 large windows, 3 normal windows and 2 small windows. He then said on the day price would be £17,000. When I told him I had a quote from another company without the door for £7,052 without the door he then said he could do it for £13,0000 without the door. I showed him the email with my quote for £7052 and he phoned his boss and put me on loud speaker. His boss then said the company that quoted me always inflates their prices (they are a national company) . He then said £11,000 without the door and he would give me until the end of the week to decide. I asked him to email me the quote and he said he can't. I said no thanks and sent him on his way. This company is totally dishonest DO NOT USE THEM. Alarm bells started ringing when he kept dropping the price, then when he said he can not email me the quote I just thought you are dodgy and sent him on his way.

I had new French Doors fitted by Brian and Alex and I couldn't be happier such lovely guys very friendly and professional. No mess whatsoever I'm over the moon with the result. Thank you so much ❤️

A supposedly 2 day job has turned into a 2 month job.
The wrong windows have been fitted by installers who were not competent to be carrying out the work and the result is a mess.
Communication is pretty much nonexistent and nobody seems to know what they're doing or is remotely interested in quickly resolving the failures of the business. They were very efficient at taking my money of course.
I am still awaiting a call back from management, despite making 3 phone calls.
If you want a stress free, quality job done , this is not the company to try and deal with. My sitting room has been unusable since the end of March this year as the windows have been left with unsealed gaps etc in temperatures of 2 degrees celcius.
The customer is there to serve the business.

I came home from hospital and found the bay window as I hoped it would be. The flat was nearly done and looked attractive. Both requirements met. So I’d like to thank the company and their workers for a job well done. Haway lads. Good job 👍
Now the proof. Bring on the next big storm and, fingers crossed, no leaks.
