This is the first time that I've ordered oils from BA. They are great smelling, but my shipment was not so great. 2 of the 6 bottles were leaking. The Orange and the Lavender broke their seals. It was messy. I'm not sure if I'm able to return or get a refund of some sort. BA is cheaper than Eden's Garden but EG were top notch in everything that they did: quality, responsiveness, shipping, etc.

Perfect Customer Service
Problems are inevitable. Customer Service is about problems being handled by the company and not you. USPS is a mess these days; half of my purchase arrived damaged. I sent Bulk Apothecary an email with pictures of the damaged product, and they sent me replacement product the next business day (plus a kind email too)! Five stars for Customer Service because the product itself wasn't the issue. Thanks! p.s., This was indeed a prompted review, but I am happy to be making it!

Received what I thought was the wrong…
Received what I thought was the wrong item. Initiated a ticket. Was told I had to return opened bottles via UPS.
-This would have cost more than the return was worth
-This would have cost me additional money for new packaging
-This would have caused a huge mess.
Closed the return to prevent the above.
Went to place a new order for the product I actually ordered and found the picture was for the item I received. Reached out to customer service again and found out they are the exact same item just with different labels and so I spent twice the money necessary on samples because they really only have 1/2 what they claim to because each product has at least two labels.
Now I’m stuck with a bunch of their product and have to use it before finding a better supplier.
Two stars because delivery and customer service response were fast.
Product is ok. Scented oils are strong. Lotions are good, but heavy on residue.

I always enjoy my products from here. They have high quality items like my coconut oil, Shea butter and palm oil and this last time I ordered I received it within 4 days! Did not smell anything like dr pepper ( i have a dr pepper essential oil rub) it was beyond disappointing and actually made me nauseous and have a migraine.

I'm already enjoying my soap bars. The fragrance is wonderful and very aromatic. If there was a gripe to have, it would be the ability to make custom labels for the products I would like to order and sell. The discomfort comes from not knowing the proper measurements for the logos for the different products that we sell.
