Entered on whim passing and my birthday luck was in favour, a few tickets and I walked away with a massive Lego set which I’ve wanted for ages, postage was quick , emails was responsive and the live show was amazing watching all thoses other winners

I bought my ticket on the evening of the live draw and wow! Im still in disbelief. 1 ticket out of 250 in the comp and mine was randomly generated by good old google.

You all need to join bullpen Competitions, matty who runs it is a treasure, such a lovely kind fellow and always ready with the banter. Looking forward to the next live.

Love this site. I have won some fab prizes on here, quite a few really. The people running Bullpen Competitions are great and very helpful. Amazing fun.

Personally I've won some absolutely brilliant prizes already including the latest tech, and cannot fault anything. The process to claim prizes is simple and prizes or cash alts are received very quickly.

Honestly hands down the best competition site around and what makes it better is the chap who runs it Matt!

This guy listens to his customers, their wants and needs being it for comps to request as well as general chit chat and support.

I've had like a dozen wins so far ranging from iPads to Christmas trees.

Matty is amazing! Wednesday and sundays are the best days of the week. 9pm you can almost guarantee im waiting for the live to start for the weekly dose of banter and prizes. All raffles drawn by google random number generator, so fun and fair. I love catching up with my bullpen family. We all get excited when eachother win. Matty is charming and funny and i always look forward to his smiling face and some gentle mick taking 😊 😁

Reported to ico for sharing personal details over social media from busniess account which obtained threats "knuckle sandwich " Mr Chapman his loyal monthly winner. Also still has personal details after closing account which states all are deleted when close site so unsure how he's sent me a email he has timestamped especially when unsubribed and blocked spam. Unfortunately left due to being defensive over a "well done I'd wohld love a hit" or win to a winner, unfortunately Matt then publicly disliked this and got defensive and mention the 1 ticket i bought failed mentioned the others I bought that day? But it wasn't a compliant I'm sure a lot of people say they would like win the lottery and as such called him out on it. After that I blocked and closed account, after leaving a review it was flagged even though it was later approved, but as matt like to respond with altered views and you reply it's flagged again. Iv actually lost count how many this is maybe the 4th one possibly? And iv lost count of edits seems when you reply to his review about things he brings things up the reviewer isn't allowed I'm debating these things with trust pilot as different customer service seem to see different thing. I'm currently waiting his defamatory solitors email! Which is ironic as trust pilot removes them from public and defamatory has be a lie, unlike the the social media with my private details from busniess page not his personal. To which he did remove after most probably seeing it as not professional and maybe the facts shared might not show a good light or people might see the other site as many people have different views as I said he saw my innocent comment as something else and escalated to this. I personal wouldn't act like that if my busniess i worked to build. I would of apologised for reading a situation wrong as everyone can but doesn't seem possible from other low reviews. He has tried to delete threating comments to his benifit but unfortunately it is two late as busniess are not allowed they also are not on the social media site involved. I believe I have given a honest review on the comment before and replys I still believe I am correct, have I lost my temper and maybe pushed back? yes especially when iv been quoted as saying something a not lut full context how it was put originally asking questions or questioning why so defensive is perfectly normal. To ME it's why is he acting like that over a innocent comment above it makes me suspicious, it's not like there is not alot of scams going about these days it's a small site, a lot of the same people win every month it raised red flags for ME how he responded. That is no way a fact that is MY personal feeling at the time how I felt and not saying it is, as I never have on previous I have question it or put "its like " usually i. Response to a dig reply! Basically used his business to his private busniess page and pjblic busniess page to icite threats. As I said he has tried remember them but a little to late as unfortunately my brothers are on his page still and send me the screenshots. Maybe trust pilot can look into it's members policy as I'm sure matt will not dispute these as I have them. I think he realised it wasn't the best idea or maybe realised it's against ico rules as it was not from personal as requested or possibly out of anger forgot. Was friendly enough on chat at start site is slow but is being upgraded apparently from one of several edited replys to which I also replied each time as had no other way of correspondence as he's blocked. Still unsure why he has my details after closing though as it does also state you have to rejoin and put details in again as they are deleted so unsure about that. Constructive criticism matt needs to not take comments in a negative way as this would of never got to this stage or made we wonder why and not ruin his hard work by being unprofessional, twisted replys to suit context as want the reviewer to look poor as unhappy reviews leave more reviews throughout. But must not use a business to share personal information to get winners to put violent content. Yes he removed them but the damage has been done. As you have my email please send solicitor letters there please as they will not be blocked thanks.
I have spoken to a solicitor and ico this morning.

As a review page trustpilot doesn't put reviews live until checked which you get a notification, as you flagged it that those reviews didnt go live apart from the ones trust pilot approved, if edited they then have to approve it. So no one saw suspected review you are the only person sharing negative information by law. a busniess is not allowed especially when it leads to threats its a "breach of data protection under people's rights and freedoms" if someone says do something it's your responsibility know the law first.

This website is insanely hard to navigate, not user friendly at all and is an eye sore. I attempted to buy some tickets and wanted to read the description but couldn't get past the 10 mile list of instant wins. They don't show the number of tickets available as far as i can see. Just not a good experience whilst using the site.
