Quick replacement
I ordered a replace part. Their website made clear it needed to be sought from the manufacturer but they still emailed to double check I knew this and that it might take longer. They gave an accurate estimate of the time it would take and sent me the part quickly and efficiently.

Bureau replies... it has been many years that we offered free postage over £10 but sadly Royal Mail have had price increases every year. This year we decided we could not hold it back any longer and raised the threshold. We understand the frustration customers feel at having to pay postage but would respectfully point out that for a £10 sale it is simply not financially viable to send items post free. We did write to all our signed up customers to let them know so apologies here if you were not on our mailing list and got a nasty shock.
