Bought a 3kg vented tumble dryer only had it a week it stopped getting hot it was not what i had expected most of been faulty.Inthe near future will stick with my favourite hotpoint and indeset brand never again have any appliance from bush brand

Please don't call again or you will be getting told asking whether my mam wants to take out insurance on a condenser dryer which cost £200. It is just a scam.

Bought the 43 inch freely tv from Argos. Have never had a tv with so many glitches! For some reason, the channel guide decided to put channels in wrong place. Even went through a factory reset, and still the issue remains. WiFi connectivity is shocking, at least 3 times a week, have to do the WPS, whereas all other devices in the house are fine. Apos stop working randomly. Only bought this in August, so still under warranty. Will be looking for a replacement tv, but not this one. Avoid.

I tried to register on line at least six times over several days,no indication of product registered and no confirmation code supplied.I then tried to register on line and there was a recorded message to advise try registering on line.I eventually got to a human who was constantly trying to get me to take insurance cover for other products their records suggested I had in my home.I advised I only wanted to talk about the recently purchased product and she advised it was protocol to talk about cover for other appliances.The warranty registration seems a sales ploy.

Bought a TV. After 10 days, I put it on pause while a made a drink. Couldn’t get it off pause. Left it overnight, rebooted, but still stuck on pause. Took it back to Argos and exchanged for same. This one was rubbish too. The sound was terrible and I couldn’t understand a word. Was like I had cotton wool in my ears. Thankfully you have 30 days to take it back. Going tomorrow and getting a Toshiba. More expensive but it’s GOT to be better. Never again buy anything by Bush

I have a bush dishwasher and it's the worst one I've had says full size it's not the way the top rack is designed is awful somethings still come out dirty everything is soaking wet and the extra dry function is useless.

Honestly we have a DHB7VTB. Do not purchase one of these. Takes ages & ages to attempt to dry clothes. Waste of money. It also comes with silly air dry & cool down options, trust me it will never get hot enough to cool down. Rubbish electric burning timer with limited option. The clothes always feel damp & needing some serious heat. I had another very old tumble dryer in my garage which I stupidly gave away. The clothes will never ever feel hot & fresh, damp option only. Also bye the time you have used all of that electric it would have be cheaper to go to the dry-cleaners. I think this little fella will be going to the scrap pile very soon, complete waste of money.

bush 55 inch smart tv regularly freezes updates every second day but some times several tome a day

I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing a Bush TV from Argos. Please please don't waste your money. It appears Sainsbury's is the owner of BUSH. Our TV worked for a v short period then an unwanted download of TIVO basically made the it unusable we've experienced continual crashing, loss of wifi (even though all other devices in the house remain connected) . The only solution as others here have described is to manually plug out the tv and plug it back in again. I would never buy any item from BUSH again

I've just bought a DHB7VTDW tumble dryer and absolutely hate the filter. It's at the rear of the dryer and is simply an enclosed felt disc. Have to get on hands and knees to remove it then use a toothbrush to scrape the fluff from the felt. Makes such a mess everywhere and is the most ridiculous set up I've ever seen. I've contacted Bush and they have said 'unfortunately removing the filter from the back of the machine and scrubbing the fluff is the only way to clean the filter. Contact Argos customer care if you want a refund'. Wish I'd known this before purchasing it.
Update- 21/10/2025 I have now received a full refund having complained to their customer service and stated it's not fit for purpose 🙂

Nothing new to write. Just read the other reviews lol. Bush sells absolute worthless stuff that WILL break. If ur rich and want a joke just bet how long it will last. My washing machine broke 2 days after warranty. If it didn't cost so much it would be funny. But it's not.

Worst tv I’ve ever had I thought it was just this tv but I have 2 bush tvs in my house one up stairs and one down worst tech brand In the market constant internet disconnection freezes all time and half time have to reset and the plug to get it to work stay away this company shouldn’t even be as popular as it is get a Samsung pay the extra

I bought a Bush cd player/radio boom box from Argos. I received it yesterday and tried it out this morning. I should have checked reviews first!!
The only thing that worked was the red power light. There was no sound, no movement in the CD turntable and no 'slider' ??? Indicated in the operating instructions. Even the radio didn't work. It's basically just a black plastic box with no functions at all. I will be returning this bit of rubbish to Argos on Monday and will get a refund from PayPal.

5 bush tvs around my home but since tivo took over its utter rubbish,slow,its ruined viewing experience on them all.iv even a new boxed one but wont set it up as itl force me to have tivo. Lots monry wasted on bush tvs. When i bought them they wer fine..so y force us with tivo?.. i didnt wasnt or ask for that.not happy not buying bush again.worst still u cant uninstsall it...only option is dont accept internet connection on set up which only leaves u2 use freeview and i dont have roof aireal. Nice 1 bush for all this. So 6bush tv useless to me!!

It is supposed to be Frost Free!

it is the only fridge freezer I have owned over the years...that has ever caused problems.
It leaks water and large blocks of ice form in the bottom so I can't use the bottom freezer compartment ( despite regular defrosting)
It failed within 2 years and Bush sent someone ..rather than give me my money back... but it has never been right since...it continually leaks and every-time I defrost I have to throw away food. Yesterday it took 8 hours to dislodge the huge block of ice ...even with a steam cleaner - it was like a giant iceberg!!!!

Their wall mounting screw holes are very bad, they seem to disappears into the tv leaving gapping unusable holes, so tvs can not be wall mounted, this combined with a very flimsy back panel made of cheap cardboard material - seems unable to support the weight of tv
