We have worked with Rio at Business Travel 365 for several years and many international flights to visit our son in Prague. Rio always gets us great pricing and works hard to take care of all the details for my wife and I. Rio spends much time with our requests and we are extremely happy with his dedication.

Jewel was wonderful to work with
Jewel was wonderful to work with. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and did her best to accommodate my requests. I found some options on my own and she was able to price match them for me, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I recommend doing your own research to identify the best tickets and then letting the team handle the booking from there — they’ll take good care of you.

I had an outstanding experience with MELCHOR. From the first call to the end of my trip, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly organized. They found great flight and hotel options within my budget and even handled last-minute changes with ease.
Every detail—tickets, connections, special requests—was perfectly arranged, which saved me time and stress. Communication was quick and clear, and they followed up to make sure everything went smoothly during my travels.
I highly recommend MELCHOR to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and caring travel agent. I will definitely book my future trips through them.
