Expensive and very poor quality full of sugar and sugar syrup

Got given a box of these chocolates as a present. Absolutely vile and threw the box away after one chocolate.

These chocolates were always horrible but now it is becoming more obvious just how nasty they are as all the other chocolate brands get better and better.

I was surprised by quality of the chocolate! Tasty, beautiful, delicious

I ordered chocolates from Butlers paid the shipping if £15 whooo and then I get an invoice from FEDEX for duty costs .. so all in all £35 to get some big standard chocolates delivered .. think I’ll stick to Hotel Chocolat much tastier

Used to enjoy Butlers Chocolates but was given a box recently. The chocolate was a very poor taste and texture and the sweets were underfilled leaving a concave surface on the underside. Either very poor quality control or a disastrous attempt at cost saving.
Had to throw most of the box away.

I received a small box of chocolate for my birthday. 10 sweets in box.
Very disappointed. Lovely box with gold ribbon. Pity it wasn't full of sweets just a few at bottom of box.
Why bother go to the trouble. Sweets would be more important than packaging!!

The most sweetest, rudely shaped coated chocolate and tasteless filling.

I have been a regular customer with bullets cafe since the coffee chain opened in Ireland as I am a big coffee drinker and there coffee was always good… over the last couple of months I have noticed a major decline in the quality of coffee being served at butlers, not just at my local shop but everywhere, the airport ext…. They will be losing a lot of custom for the price they are charging now the coffee is terrible . I won’t be using them again

Third time in Liffey valley shopping centre I was given cappuccino on sprout milk which was not drinkable. Milk wasn’t fresh or / and coffee itself. Milk has gone bad (tasted like soured milk) and it was absolutely disgusting. When I came back and asked for a new one I got another one with pretty the same taste. Never ever will buy coffee there. Butlers in grafton street always serves delicious coffee.

Went to the outside trailer and two young people working in outrages heat they were sweltering, no air con ,you wouldn't treat a dog this way it was 31 degrees outside god knows what it was in their ,no excuse for this ,mobile air-conditioning are not expensive,

I think Butlers chocolates are the best I've had to date and I'm very old, just tried some quite expensive belgian chocs today and they weren't a patch on Butlers

Received a lovely big box of Butlers from my brother for my birthday. Great selection. Went down a treat. Yum

20 minutes to get a coffee in the Pavilions. This is happening a lot lately and seems to be caused by pre order coffees. Not fair on people queueing for service..... figure it out or prepare to lose customers

Opened a box over Christmas. I'll never buy them again cheap chocolate. Worst box of chocolates I've ever had.

Really dissatisfied and disappointed with this product - expensive and not a taste of gin.
Gunpowder Irish Gin milk chocolate

Bought the Deluxe Chocolate Assortment and they were delicious! Shipping to Denmark was expensive though
