I asked for 2 day shipping, this was a high priority item and it got shipped USPS. I was paid $48.99 shipping and only refunded $24.50, which means I still paid $24.49 for shipping USPS, but on the website it states shipping is $10.99 for my order.

Number 1, I appreciate the product. Number 2, your staff jumped on making my order correct when i discovered a missing piece in my delivery. They Fed Ex shipped immediately. I appreciate that because it avoided a potentially longer delay to finishing a project for one of my important clients.

Very long wait. My order showed up in about 3 weeks but…
My order showed up in about 3 weeks but was missing about half of the items, I received an email saying it was back ordered and would take many more weeks. After several weeks I emailed back inquiring about when it would be mailed, I was told they didn't know but would update when known. Several more weeks and I received a notice saying it would be shipped in two more weeks. I did receive the parts. Total time was over two months!
