I am new to Buyers Club and turned to them for an informed decision on property investment, after they were highly recommended by a family member. I am extremely impressed so far and very happy with their fantastic customer service. They have great communication, a relaxed approach with something so daunting, which made every step so easy. I highly recommend Buyers Club to anyone thinking of investing in the property market. I feel like part of a family. Keep up the great work team!

I agree with the other rater. This buyers club told us to pay them first. After we did, they just kept sending us off plan deals with very little pieces of land, like 100sqare meters, even though we told them at very beginning that off plan deals or land & house packages are not we are interested in investing for. So we had to keep turning down those properties they sent to us. Finally they found us a property still with a very small piece of land like 200 square meters. At lease it’s not an off plan one. When we told them that we are interested in the property with a big land. Roy said that something like a big land doesn’t mean we can make proof it from it. Hello, we are the investor not you. Please avoid this agent. Don’t recommend them at all.

A friends recommendation!

I bought two properties through Buyers Club, one personally and one in SMSF with my hubby. Everything went smoothly for us and there was lots of open communication which we really appreciated as we had been burned before with a different agency. They showed me many properties for each before we went ahead with one that we felt was right for us. They were very supportive throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend them more.

All smoke and mirrors, run by a bunch of kids. I had some time to reassess my SMSF, so I thought it might be an excellent opportunity to look into options. After dealing with the consultant who was only presenting properties that they had relationships with developers, I repeatedly told them I didn't want to buy only the opportunities they had with developers, (and they also got kickbacks from these developers). They claim to ‘give you 20k off’ properties with excellent rental returns, but that is just the starting price you could have negotiated yourself, possibly more than $20k off the buy price.

There is so much to this story, too long to write here, but in short, we paid $30k for a bad deal, so we asked for our fee back. They said no, they'd only find me a replacement property, So we lost $30k and walked away! To make matters worse, we had the ATO breathing down our neck about every dollar that came out of our super, I have just finished the audit and the stress of it all this year. The ATO is cracking down on SMSF and the needless spending from them.

Also, they make you sign a letter saying you're not allowed to leave reviews. Imagine how many other people are scared to leave reviews out there. Crazy, right? Trying to control the narrative. Anyone who makes you sign something saying you can't tell your experience online should be your first red flag!
