Buy beauty has a terrible business model. They did not send or email coupons promised or provide free shipping for new customers as they told me they would. When I interacted with a customer service rep they also dismissed me and treated me poorly. I would not recommend this at all to anyone.

USPS lost the items in my order. I contacted BuyMeBeauty and they promptly sent out a replacement order. All items were received in new condition and unopened. I will definitely be ordering from BuyMeBeauty again!!
