We sold our property which is what we want and the property was on the market for approx 3 months during a down time for the market.
This is the 4th property we have sold with Buymyplace and we are very happy to sell our properties on our own with the support of buymyplace which has always been very prompt and helpful.

I have had a good experience selling my property through Buy My Place. My property is remote/regional and needed the flexibility of a long listing that I could manage myself. Providing my own photographs and being able to answer questions directly was straightforward. It may not be the answer for everyone but I found the company and the online system to be easy to manage both on desktop and phone; I had a couple of phone conversations with team members to assist with a couple of questions I had along the way. Very easy and helpful.

Using Buymyplace is a very easy process , the company has made listing your property a very simple and straight forward process and is not expensive for the exposure your property receives . The response time when some one inquires is excellent { emails etc } . It is a great way to sell your property without outrageous fees and obnoxious agents .

The whole experience was great , it’s very user friendly website , help is always available and very lovely to deal with , the brochures and signs are very good quality, you have full control of photos and wording, very prompt service from start to finish, highly recommend giving it a go

Easy to set up, saved about $66,000 in commission and about $3,500 in Real Estate advertising and set up fees.
Don't have to put up with agents bullshit & CONDITIONING, open homes inviting anyone in ( no vetting by agents ) Agents using your place as an example !!!
Found only genuine buyers contacted me.

False advertising!!!
Houses left up advertised as still for sale months after sold and contract completed. For example, house still listed for sale/under offer, yet contracted executed and placed sold almost 4 months ago.
Send enquiries through and they are left ignored.

My first time using the website. Its amazing and so easy to use and manage.

Support staff is so helpful and prompt in their response.

Great experience. I won’t ever need to use and agent again to sell a house. The only issue I had was the website was down a bit and I couldn’t go in and update my listing myself. However the staff were quick to rectify and update for me.

I have used BuyMyPlace for 4 sales and 2 rentals and can honestly say that they have made me over the course of extra profit and savings on commission circa $800k - think about that! It's a whole HOUSE! I can NOT fault the system - the support or the outcome. I used the full service law lab for contracts and it was superb. I had agents value my home at way less and I decided to give it a go myself as I believed it was worth more. It sold in 10 days for $700k more than 3 agents valued it at and for ZERO commission. I recommend going the whole monty, get the upgrades, buy the photo signs, invest in this fully! You will totally enjoy the process (who hasn't secretly wanted to be a real estate agent all their lives anyway :-) As for the rental side of things, absolutely wonderful. You still get the same protection as if an agent was doing it, but, you have direct choice of who rents your pretty and direct contact with them. If things go south, its YOU who can deal with this, no endless calls to agents who are busy with other clients, YOU and YOUR property are your main priority and it gets sorted immediately before it turns into a long drawn out process. All the tenants I have put in through BMP have turned into long term friends and I wouldn't have it any other way! I did the homework for you, Buy My Place is the one to use - trust me - I'm reaping the rewards and so will you!
