Amazing service. Most of all the attention to detail. They don’t just ship what you order.. no no, they verify model numbers etc to insure the fit. In this instance I ordered the wrong strap and gave the wrong model number and when I realized and corrected they stopped the package in transit and worked with me to figure out the correct bracelet and it’s beyond my expectations. Excellent quality and the fit is perfect. Will do business again and again.

I ordered a replacement clasp for my Rolex Daytona. Having bad experience with ordering from Aliexpress previously, I don't have much expectations. However, Buystrap has surprised me. From start to finish, the whole transaction has been butter smooth. Only a few minutes after ordering, buystrap reached out to me on whatsapp for payment, and 8 days later, the clasp arrived perfectly! The quality is amazing, beautiful and sturdy unlike the cheap junk from Aliexpress, and it even comes with the Rolex logos and engraving just like the real one. Although it is a little bit pricey, the quality is simply unmatched! If you need a replacement clasp for your luxury watch, don't hesitate to visit buystrap because I doubt you will be able to find that part from anywhere else with the same quality as the genuine one, except maybe from the brand themselves and it is going to cost you hundreds of dollars!

I ordered two straps (Cartier & BR) and a deployant clasp for panerai from David. Seamless experience. From order to delivery took 8 days to my doorstep on east coast, US.

I was doubtful at first but this might be the best buying experience. I ever had in a while. Everything was personalized and Buystrap really has sensible suggestions, that really worked. Upon arrival of the products, everything fit like a glove, also given specific instructions while assembling my products. Now my Yatch Master is protected with its new strap. Ordered a replacement clasp with David for my Rolex Deepsea (original) - he was very helpful and double checked every detail before accepting the order. Clasp fits perfect - no difference with the original except the price!
