The car I bought suited me fully.
When I test drove it I noticed the wipers did not clear the screen and a tyre was under inflated.
I mentioned this to the salesman who suid it would be sorted.
Unfortunately when I collected the vehicle the wipers had not been done, so I agreed to get them done and forward a copy of the invoice for them to reinburse me.
Unfortunately this has not happened so I can only give a 3 star rating.

Very disappointing experience

We travelled around 100 miles to view a car advertised for £11k but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing from the start.

When we arrived we were given very little information and were simply told that the car was there if we wanted to take it for a drive.

The car was nothing like the pictures advertised there was a mark along the side and a dent, neither of which had been mentioned in the description we understand that the car is used and may show some signs of wear but these things should have been made clear in the advert.

The driver’s door also didn’t shut properly as though it had dropped and the battery was flat despite them knowing we were coming to view the car we were told it had been sitting there.

When we took the car for a test drive there was a noticeable noise coming from the exhaust when reversing there was also a loud bang from the gearbox which was a major concern.

For a car advertised at £11k we expected a much better standard of preparation and an honest accurate description of its condition particularly given the distance we had travelled.

We were left feeling that the trip had been a complete waste of time. As soon as we left the car was back on Auto Trader.

Overall a very disappointing experience we would advise anyone considering travelling a long distance to view a car here to make sure they ask plenty of questions beforehand.

Highly recommend BVG Automotive! I picked up a 2016 Hyundai i10 recently and couldn't be happier. The vehicle condition was spotless and 100% accurate to the advert. Sayeed handled our purchase exceptionally well; despite being super busy when we arrived, he was attentive, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

We went to BVG to see a Mercedes C class .Amin the sales executive was attentive and knowledgeable without being " pushy " in any way . He explained everything clearly and we were delighted at how speedily we were the owners of a new car! At a really good price.

I have bought a car from this company for five months and I go to the repair shop every day. The warranty they give is a joke and no one is answering. Now when I say again that the car has a problem, they give a thousand reasons why they do not accept the warranty. Please be very careful before buying because you will definitely have problems.

AVOID THIS DEALER — I REGRET BUYING MY RANGE ROVER VELAR FROM THEM

My experience with this dealer has been appalling. I was sold a vehicle that had serious mechanical problems from the outset, but was presented in a way that made those problems difficult for an ordinary buyer to identify.

From the day I bought the Velar, I noticed something was not right, but I did not have the mechanical experience to understand what the noises meant at the time. I trusted that a professional car dealer would not sell me a vehicle with a potentially serious engine problem without disclosing it.

A garage has since confirmed that the oil-level sensor was not working. This is particularly alarming because it meant the vehicle could have an oil-related issue without the appropriate warning appearing on the dashboard. I believe this was disabled by the dealer, as I find it extremely suspicious that a faulty engine was sold alongside a non-functioning sensor that could have alerted me to the problem.

In my opinion, this car was packaged to look acceptable long enough to complete the sale, while the real mechanical condition was concealed or simply ignored. Whichever explanation applies, it reflects extremely poorly on the dealer’s vehicle checks, honesty and duty of care to customers.

I am now left dealing with the financial and emotional consequences of buying a premium vehicle that appears to have been faulty from the beginning. This has caused me significant stress and thousands of pounds.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective customers not to rely on this dealer’s description, assurances, dashboard lights or vehicle preparation. Pay for a completely independent inspection and diagnostic assessment before handing over any money. Better still, consider buying elsewhere.

I would not buy another vehicle from this dealer, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
