Techs at BZ are very knowledgeable and are certified by Wolverine. Superb service too! Kept me in the loop every step of the way and even had a call to explain my issues!

There's not much to add, but everything was straightforward, smooth, and hassle-free.

What a place, great people had a problem with a gate pulsar D i had installed by another shop small misstake made but BZ not only turned the gun around within 24 hours but tuned it perfectly how I wanted it!
Customer service is fast and efficient highly recommend

This was my first order from BZtactical and was a straight forward and pleasant experience. I ordered an airsoft moderator and VFC FAL GBBR magazine, These were delivered ina very timely fashion, very well packaged and the items were new and as described. Thank you .

I would not recommend buying from BZ Tactical based on my experience.

I purchased a brand-new RIF for £260, and within days it stopped working. I returned it to them under warranty, and they kept it for almost three weeks before sending it back, claiming it was fixed. The very same day I received it, the RIF broke again.

I then took it to a professional airsoft technician out of my own pocket, who found that the gears (mainly the pinion gear, but also others) were cheap, poorly made, and already broken. He had to replace them just to get the rifle working properly.

When I raised this with BZ Tactical, they refused to reimburse me for the cost of repairs, instead saying that because another tech had opened it up, my warranty was void. Their only offer was to send me a replacement gear set—after I had already paid to have the RIF fixed myself.

Overall, I spent £260 on what should have been a reliable, brand-new rifle, but instead I got a gun with cheap internals, weeks of downtime, and extra costs to fix something that should never have needed fixing in the first place.

Really poor experience—slow turnaround times, poor quality control, and no real accountability. Definitely won’t be buying from here again.

Ordered a LiPo battery from these guys which arrived promptly and well packaged and worked very well. Unfortunately I ignored the charging instructions and almost burnt my garage down! Emailed them for advice and got immediate replies (even on a Saturday) from Jim which I followed and have now got 2 batteries plus the correct charger(!!) at a reasonable price with fast shipping. Can't fault anything at all.

My first purchase from BZ Tactical , I thought I would try one of their new Raven evolution M4 rifles , all I can say is wow , !.....amazing trigger response and rate of fire even on a 9.6 v battery , solid build , and next day delivery for less than £ 5 ! . Great service from BZ, so I think like Arnold , ......" I'll be back " ! 😁

Absolutley brilliant. Placed an order (decent price) and once it arrived, it turned out there was a manufacturing issue with it. The guys sent a label for collection, and once it was back with them, the replacement was sent out on next day, no fuss, no trouble. Great service, will use again, thanks Thomas and Joe for the speedy no hassle turn around!!!

Placed an order for a couple of batteries, some mags, a fast loader and some BB’s in the 2nd January.

Arrived on the 3rd January.

Fast service and a great price what more could I ask for.

I order a two tone AAP on Thursday received it on Sunday, the same day I received it the pistol was damaged and would fire full auto even if semi automatic was enabled. The very next day i sent ti back and got told though email that the technical didn't have the part available so they had to order it from the manufacturer (action army in Taiwan) which would take a long time to come and then have it repaired.

Upon writing another email, Tom help me out and said that he will get the technician to take the part out of another AAP and use it to fixed mine.

Overall I would recommend BZ Tactical as they are helpful and try and keep customers satisfied.

Ordered items about £200 worth.
Paid for next day courier and even paid more for a Saturday delivery (on a Thursday).
They didn’t actually send the item (Tom was helpful and tried his best).
Then they told me it actually hadn’t been sent out and this has happened a couple of times I was told.
Apologies of course and some cheap free bbs to say sorry (which cost our site about £2 a bag as we buy in bulk).

Eventually came 5 days later and at about 9pm!!

I had to take two days off because of this at a cost of around £480 and a loss to myself.

So basically I ended up paying £680 for a couple of items.

I was very disappointed and was told this would be passed up the chain to be looked at but as expected, never heard anything so I can only assume a lack of care about this matter.

Fortunately I have found another supplier we can use now at our airsoft site to which I am recommending to ALL of our clients.

I am also telling all our customers about my experience and they are now using my recommended company.

This is the THIRD time this has happened.

I’m all for second/third chances but I felt this was becoming a joke and there was zero customer expectations which has left to zero expectations from BZ tactical.

This is an honest and factual review and I have waited a week before posting so I do not make anything up in anger of course.

Nothing much to say, but it was quick and easy without any fuss

Very happy. extremely fast service, great prices, and great website. good selection of items. I will likely return in the future, and they have definitely been added to my list of bookmarked UK airsoft retailers.

almost everything was perfect from customer service replying to an inquiry I had within an hour to delivery only took 2 days which is very fast considering I live in the highlands and islands of Scotland. the only thing to note is there is not much information in the descriptions they give under items on their website, I needed to ask if it came with a mag and whether a gun was gas blowback, other than lacking a bit of detail the site is great and will definitely be buying from again.

Cant say it was a nice experience buying from them.
I knew what I want and still made feel like I was bothering them. They`re very quick to say no if any questions asked.
I got what I came for but I`ll look somewhere else next time where options are actually given and staff is more user friendly.

I'm well impressed with Bztactical!! I couldn't get through to the Internet site(my Internets fault, not theirs) so I called them. The guy was great, and very efficient. I made my order on Monday at about 1pm and the mags and odin repair kits were with me by 11am Wednesday. The whole service and experience was excellent. In a word, refreshing

Pros:
- Fantastic online store.
- Lovely customer service.
- Despite getting some orders wrong they are quick to fix and sort it out.
- Easy to get through on the phone.
- Remembers returning customers which is nice to see.
- Great range of items and prices.

Cons:
Website needs work as its buggy and things don't always work.
One order was damaged / used - quickly sorted

Think I have made around 5 orders now and would happily continue.
