Family boxes of chocolates - These chocolates were bought on an offer which was very good indeed except that the Roses chocolates are out of date before Christmas and the Heroes boxes by the end of the year. This was not something I expected so I would say be careful about offers if they do not tell you when the sell by date is.

Have previously ordered from Cadburys…
Have previously ordered from Cadburys for personalised corporate gifts to chose the 'order again' button. After a week of not receiving my order I called customer services and explained the situation and they said there was an error in the system that they were aware of which meant my order couldn't be processed. I had no communication from Cadburys stating this was the case so had to reorder from scratch.

Personalised orders unfortunately do not have the option to re-order as the details are only kept on the system for a short period of time so all personalised orders need to be created as a brand new order. We do have a process in place that flags these orders, so I am sorry that on this occasion you were not contacted in the first instance.
