Velocissimi

They can deliver the agreed services but they are not very organized and contradicting communications
Since it becomes my fault now that you are not used to talking both in whatsapp and email, I don’t think you deserve a 4 star but instead just 3.
As you said, you have been doing this since 1986, then you must know how to communicate well whatever the situation is. I do not think it is my fault, just like how you want to portray it in your response.
Not unless, you treat yourself as the perfect service provider. Which is obviously not.
They can deliver the agreed services. Just one point, they are not very keen when it comes to english language which is the reason why it took us a lot of time to discuss. Whatsapp and Email are not very much coordinated to the point that they accused me of not paying so they did not start the service and so it was delayed on my side to finish the process that they promised.

Antwoord van CAESAR Traduzioni
Dear Anthony,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for rating our services. We are pleased to hear that we were able to deliver the agreed services to your satisfaction. However, we regret to learn about the communication issues you experienced, particularly regarding the coordination between WhatsApp and email, and the misunderstanding about the payment status.
That was due to the fact you mixed a lot of messages between email and WhatsApp, that created a bit of confusion.
Maybe, if you'd communicate by just one mean, everything would be gone more smoothly, as we're use to do since 1986.
We take your comments seriously and will review our communication processes to ensure better coordination and clarity in the future. Your insights are invaluable in helping us improve our services and avoid similar situations moving forward.
We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again, providing an even smoother experience.
Best regards,
The Caesar Traduzioni Team
