I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Chris (heating engineer) and Kassy (runs the admin side). I came across Chris’s details from a recommendation from other owners in our building, and I am soo grateful for it. Chris and Kassy are efficient, they manage expectations. Chris explains the issue in simple terms and patiently - he takes you on a journey leaving you feeling you’re in capable hands. It’s soo difficult to find an engineer that you can trust, that wants to help rather than just do a job, get paid and never to be seen again. I will certainly be leaning on Chris for all my plumbing and heating requirements going forward. Thank you very much.

Had Hive heating controllers fitted by Chris at a good price, fitted when it suited me and great comms throughout including help with setting up afterwards, no mess left.

Chris has been helping with managing expectations, always open and honest! There is nothing hidden and honest and fair communication. The best service we’ve had in a very long time and will keep working with Cashgas. Great for parents with kids as they are very clean and quick, always giving best advice for the customer and customer in mind.
