Horrible experience with this brand.
Waited two and a half months for my order. Reached out to the company multiple times with vague answers. They ended up saying my order was missed and would include a gift for my troubles. I received no gift and the wrong order

I think I got scammed as I have ordered an item back in April and still has not been delivered, I have contacted you several times without any further communication; please contact me and arrange a delivery asap

Ordered, from ouside UK, so getting my package took forever, but that is not a problem, becouse first time around I was happy with Hoodie, I simply ordered exactly same one, same model, size, etc, months later and it is different and I am way less happy with it.

I returned an unworn item which they received on 25th March in its original packing and in pristine condition. Only tried on and then straight in packaging. Today is 26th April and STILL no refund. I have proof of delivery for my return via Royal Mail. They emailed in 7th April to say refund was on its way and to allow 7 working days for refund. Still no refund. Absolutely shocking service. I’ve emailed multiple times but no response. Be very careful about ordering from here.

I got scammed, ordered back in November and no news since then or reply back; multiple times I have tried contacting them on Instagram and 2 of their emails and still not a single response, that my package from 6 months ago has even been shipped…

Bought a shirt and a hoodie 5 months ago and didn't receive anything. Contacted the company every month but they barely respond. Avoid this company, they are amateurs.

Took over a month to post my item to me after paying for faster delivery, returned the item the same day as was awful quality, tiny and took over a month to come… only to get an email 3 months later as Cali Studios have not accepted the dispute and trying to get the money back from my open bank dispute

I can see that some people have had a good experience with the company, but I haven't. As a lot of other have said, there is no customer service and I don't believe that I will recieve my order at this point

Ordered a month ago, took over 2 weeks to receive an email saying it was dispatched however no tracking number was sent and it didn’t arrive. Emailed customer service, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram over a week ago and they still haven’t replied. Doing a chargeback with my bank. Ended up buying a different item from cali studios on Vinted and the quality is awful. Thin hoodie with poor quality design printing. Terrible for the price! Avoid

Poor quality unfinished thin hoodies and sweat pants. Bought as a Xmas present retuned in December still no refund owed £100

Worst shop and customer service ever.
Just don‘t buy here. I ordered an Tiger Hoodie on the 29.11.24. A week later I got an email, that the hoodie was on the way. But I got no tracking number etc.
So I asked the customer support if they could help me. No reaction.
At the beginning of January I mailed them again and again no reaction.
At the end
Only when I involved PayPal, they sent me the hoodie.
The Hoodie feels cheap and is not worth the price.
If I could give zero stars. I would.

Worst customer service ever! Returned two items both no where near the size they were supposed to be - paid for my own return and never received a email or a repose tried instagram and reaching out numerous times no reply. Took the money for the items and never received the refund. Poor quality avoid at all costs.

Absolutely appalling. First of all my order was late so I emailed asking where it was and was told it was being looked into, I then after a week messaged again and no reply shock. However items arrived a few days later.
One item from my order needed sending back I placed this order on the early December and have tried to get in-contact about sending it back and getting a refund and I am being ignored every-time. The hoodies aren't cheap and I just want my money back for it. they contacted me about sending me a return label and I am still waiting it’s now been a week.
I will say the quality of the products are 10/10 however the customer service is dreadful! Really puts me off ever ordering from these again.

They app don't offer a returns policy. A hoody that took 3 weeks to come from china! Size large but was actually small!! Offered me £6 as a nice gesture. Do not use this website

I ordered a Scorpio Hoodie from Cali Studios in early September, and I’ve been waiting for almost 4 months now. First, there were delays, which I reluctantly accepted. On November 4th, I was told the order had been shipped, but nothing ever arrived.

The customer service is non-existent – no updates, no solutions, just silence. I’ve requested a refund because I no longer believe the product will ever arrive. This has been the most unprofessional shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I strongly advise against ordering from this store.

Bought £200 worth of clothes took ages to come and never got a refund, clothes where awful quality, got an email saying they will chase it up, so hopefully should get a refund.

I ordered 2 jumpers and 2 joggers with the order coming to almost £200. The order took a month to arrive and were absolutely awful quality, especially for the price. I returned them a month ago and after many messages I have still not received the refund. Absolutely furious, please do not buy from them.

I had seen an ad on Instagram with a hoodie that I really liked. I ordered the hoodie and got a confirmation of my order in mail. A week later, I got an email that my order was shipped but meanwhile, we are another week on and on still no hoodie received or no tracking code. Yesterday I saw that 2 payment totalling €70 (£58.5)have gone out of my account which I have nothing to do with. NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE THEY HACK YOUR BANK DETAILS!!! I sent an email and got this in reply: Apologies for the delay we will chase this up and see what the delay is.

never received such an unprofessional email from a company! Highly likely I am not going to get any more update on my order and am never going to see the hoodie.

ordered the saint joggers in early august. never got them and they never responded to my email saying i never got them. 50 bucks down the drain and im pretty sure all their good reviews are bots. i looked at their return and shipping policies and they are oddly conveniently made to not have to give you your money back
