The delivery driver couldn’t get the…
The delivery driver couldn’t get the fridge through our front door and when asked if he could take the fridge door off the fridge so they could get in comfortably , they refused. Then they took the front storm door off to get it in and left us to put it back up with screws after they had left. Once in they didn’t put the fridge door handles in and said it was our job to do that and left. Once we found the handles there were no screws to attach these handles. We called them multiple times for them to order it which took around 10 days to delivery and another couple of days for them to send someone to install them. We were using the fridge for almost two weeks without handles. We left a few voice mails for the sales representative that sold us the fridge to complain and he never called us or replied to our emails . Really sad about the whole experience and we would not use this company again for any future purchases.

This was by far the most easy appliance purchase. I researched what I wanted, called Canadian Appliance for their pricing. Although I didn't know the exact model number, the salesperson was happy to look it up and give me a price. They had the appliance available for next day free delivery and that was terrific! Delivery went smooth. The night before the delivery I was given a time frame it was to arrive. You are able to track the delivery, which is very helpful. The delivery guys were efficient, helpful and most of all very pleasant! Canadian appliance does everything right from the initial contact to delivery. I highly recommend them! Thank you to all employees!

My order was a Bosch refrigerator. As soon as I sent an email to make sure that the product was in stock, I received a confirmation that the fridge was available. I received a pretty good price including delivery and installation of the new one and take the old one. The delivery was quick and straight forward. I purchased a Forno dishwasher in…
I purchased a Forno dishwasher in January of 2026, it arrived a month late, which was fine. What has not been fine is that when the dishwasher arrived it did not work. CAS will not issue a refund and Forno keeps passing me off and doing nothing. It has now been close to two months that I have had a broken dishwasher in my brand new kitchen that does not work, that I spent over $1000 on and no one is taking ownership of this and giving me my money back neother Forno nor CAS. It is a nightmare buying from this company they do not support the products they sell if there is an issue after the sale. Absolute nighmare, I will never purchase from this company again!
The issue, just so everyone is aware, the dishwasher is leaking and runs for a few minutes and then has an E3 error. How does a company even ship a product like this to a customer and more importantly how does the comany you purchase a product through not stand behind the products they sell, the consumer should not be the one out over $1000 dollars because of your horrific business model.

Vidant was kind, helpful and amazing. He respected all my questions and I had gone to Trail Appliances first and they treated me like I was beneath them. As a blonde female customer, I felt like the older men there were being a bit dismissive and stuff. I had done extensive research and didn’t feel like I was treated with the level of customer service and professional professionalism that I deserve. We were shopping for new kitchen appliances for our rental property and spent quite a bit of time comparing options—from used units to major retailers like Costco—trying to find the best value.
