Sales were great, after care not
Sales were great. Delivery was great.
Small part of fridge was broken & the after care department wasn't great.
Too many emails back & forth. I didn't catch on that they were not going to do anything. It took 3 emails for them to tell me I need to call the manufacturer & arrange for the part to be shipped to me & that I was responsible for paying the installation myself if I couldn't do it myself.

I purchased a fourth set of Samsung…
Updated Apr 8th...So it's been almost a month now waiting for a non leaking washer replacement. We got confirmation that Samsung will replace the washer more than a week ago. That's great. However CAS has to run through the "Process" of the replacement. I don't get it. My advice is to have appliances tested before delivery because once on site you're stuck. I understand CAS is holding Samsung responsible but I'm stuck in the middle of this. Remember this washer leaked as soon as it was hooked up and tested before the first wash. A very sour taste in my mouth now.
I purchased a fourth set of Samsung Washer/ Dryer sets for our rental units. One delivered unit leaked water at the initial leak test after hooking up the hoses. The delivery date was March 16th. A return request was made at that time. After two weeks Customer Service is still working with Samsung on the replacement.
The Sales Team is very knowledgeable and helpful however the Customer Service afterwards is horrible. It should not take so long to get a this resolved. My ongoing recommendation and advice to anyone purchasing would be to have the unit tested before delivery or go to a place that will back a return immediately if defective. Pay extra to get this if required. Too much red tape here that a customer should not have to experience. I would also think twice about Samsung as well. If I could I'd choose another brand.

ISSUES on "Deliveries" Fridge delivered on Monday as…
Fridge delivered on Monday (3.15)as promised....BUT delivery guys (2) said need a 3rd to move to basement and to remove one there.
SO fridge left sitting in my living room!!!
Next delivery set for Tuesday (3.16) afternoon. About an hour before scheduled to arrive....cancelled for next day.
Wednesday,(3.17) 3 guys arrived to deliver and install. 2 of them moved fridge to basement ...no issue...and then removed old basement fridge up and out. Told us the first team was "lazy", just didn't want to do work to deliver. This was obvious as only 2 of 3 did the heavy work.
This team was pleasant. Put down protective mats, installed.
They did NOT level fridge or check doors were level...which neither are. We are doing this ourselves. I asked them several times when they were in basement to do this as part of install....just ignored me. Salesman and Delivery had said they were responsible to do this as part of install.
NOW....The custom hardwood in door way of my living room has compression tracks in wood where fridge was placed/moved.

Our salesperson,Roger, was very helpful in giving us information about all the appliances we were choosing for our new upcoming kitchen renovation. With all the different brands and styles, he helped us narrow down our choices. And made sure we got the best prices as well. Worst customer service
We purchased a new washer dryer and the dryer is broken. It will not work and when we called we were basically told it was our problem. We are now without laundry and have to wait a week for a technician to come and fix it. I fear I have a new dryer that will be nothing but a problem if it can’t even work when it’s brand new! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced to be told it’s our problem to now deal with. Not what you expect and I will not be returning to CAS.

We like our new fridge! The order went without a hitch but the…
The order went without a hitch but the guys were 45 minutes late. They did call to say how much longer they would be but our call was to be between 1pm and 4pm. We had hoped for the 4pm to be an accurate time for arrival. We realize traffic is horrendous but I also had to get to work.
We noticed a few light scuffs on the wall. The house is sold and a complete paint ijob to follow. Thank goodness for that ! Mrs. Ceksters
