Challenge with Cancelling Orders
Over the course of six days, I made two attempts to cancel an order by sending emails. Despite these efforts, the order was never cancelled, and I did not receive any response to my requests. This lack of communication left me feeling ignored and frustrated.
To improve the customer experience, there should be an option on your website that allows users to cancel orders directly. In today's virtual world, the process of cancelling an order online should be straightforward and uncomplicated.

Horrible delivery service. Not impressed at all, negated rhe very positive sales process
Ordering the appliance and the sales process was great. Sales lady was awesome and very professional.
Delivery was horrible. The appliance was for a rental unit and me and the tenant were given a timeframe of between 1:30 and 4:30. There was no communication, and I called to get an update around 6:15 pm and there was none and no follow up phone call. Delivery showed up around 8:30 at night, after the tenant had taken all agternoon off of work to be arouns since I couldn't. She was so frustrated, and when they started to flip the door and it wasnt going ao good, she just asked for them to leave because it was getting closer to 9 PM.
CAS dictated the time frame for delivery and completely missed the mark on that with no communication.
