You guys should tell a buyer what the dishwasher does NOT come with. I had to purchase a few items for install. It’s my opinion that when someone buys a product it comes with all install parts. Do t know if I would buy from you again.

Great customer service from purchase to delivery.

The sales person was adamant that I place the order via him. I live in brampton and was trying to call sales rep at Brampton location. However, I was asked not to contact any other branch than the milton branch cos the central phone line redirected me to milton office. While the service offer by milton sales guy was good, I was highly disappointed by the fact that they are restricting customers to contact the store of their choice.

I had a good experience with the salesperson. He was knowledgeable and professional. He provided the necessary information and gave us space to make a decision. The delivery experience was disappointing. I don’t want to negotiate with the delivery driver as to which entry door I wanted the product moved through . This created unnecessary tension between us. I have not seen my 22000 PC points added to my account. I’m unsure when this gets added.

From start to finish the experience went seamlessly. After having a very poor experience at another store, dealing with Canadian Appliance Source was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, we had the refrigerator standing in our kitchen within DAYS, versus the months we waited with the other guys. Shridhar Kumar was knowledgeable, professional and honest, all the things we value when making a big ticket item purchase. Thank you for being there for us!

The entire experience starting with the friendly, concise, knowledgeable and no pressure sales to the real-time delivery process including text/e-mail messages and a phone call 10 minutes prior to product arrival. The product availability was excellent and much sooner then I would have expected in addition to having the exact model we were looking for on your showroom floor.

The installers Nick and Gerry were friendly and methodically taking their time so as not to damage anything, we truly appreciated this.

We were also very impressed with the care LG provided with packaging, right down to the film of plastic on the door panels to the tape protection on the shelves. We are also very impressed with the fridge design, overall looks and new enhancements, ThinQ, WiFi, Diagnoses, Smart Grid etc. This product has a fantastic functionality.

Finally, we received a follow up phone call the next day from the salesman to see how things went, this was unexpected and a nice touch. This is truly excellent customer service! I have already recommended CAS to several family members. Thank you CAS for your excellent customer service!

So far, so good. Ordered it online, had it delivered to Kitchener store, paid half before delivery and half 2 days later when it arrived. Also made special arrangements to have my son pick it up. No glitches anywhere. Haven't got the dishwasher installed yet, so can't comment of quality or after sale service.
TWO WEEKS LATER: You don't want to change your mind about a purchase. They make returnng something VERY tedious. Huge questionnaire, photos required, more "investigation" they call it and finally the approve your return request. Wouldn't shop here again for this reason. Was planning on just replacing the one I ordered with a bigger one, but after all the hassle, I bought the bigger one elsewhere.

We were welcome by Shri at the store and given all the information we needed to make a great choice. We were aware of every step of the delivery process and our fridge arrived when they said it would! It has honestly been a pleasant experience. Thank you to Shri and Canadian Appliance Source! We will be back and recommend to everyone

Sales person was great, looked after us very well, fridge was in stock and delivered quickly. Delivery guys were friendly and got our old fridge out and new in quickly and with minimal fuss.

The young man that sold us our washer/ dryer was very helpful. He made sure that we received our matching within a few days. Service was excellent.

Quick easy sale and paperwrk with Ali who was friendly knowledgable and helpful. A product i really like and excellent delivery experience and people.

Refused to exchange the purchase because we used it once. Cody from after sales is difficult to deal with. He is to focused on policy. He also refused to escalate my concerns to Management. I have posted negative reviews on social media, Home Stars and Google. I would have accepted a credit towards a vented dryer. Did not expect a full value exchange. Your Executives hide from customers.
I have purchased 7 appliances for CAS
Will never shop at CAS again. Costco and Home Depot will get my future business.

Fast on time delivery. Helpful delivery guys and the ability to track the delivery in real time. Plus the price was really good

The sales person was great!!
What I didn’t like was that I asked for a delivery time after 5 and was not give a time frame after 5 it was 2:30 now I need to take a day off work to be home to get my appliance. I was called and emailed many times to see when I was about to receive my stove but you guys where not able to accommodate my request very disappointing

Edit: it is now 7:15 still nothing tracking says they will be here 8:05-8:50 so I took the day off for what?? Nice 4 hour time frame which was 2:30-6:30
