It’s easy to give a retailer a 5 star rating when delivery of a product goes smoothly and the appliance works as expected.
The real test in getting a repeat customer is how the “After Sales” deals with any problems.
Long story short, we purchased a brand new dishwasher without a working motor straight out of the box.
Through all of CAS’s fine print and empty apologies, they basically washed their hands and left us to deal with the manufacturer ourselves. We found out the hard way that once they’ve sold the appliance it’s no longer their responsibility as to whether it works or not!
We spent every day for the past three weeks on the phone and finally, after receiving an exchange from the manufacturer, we are now dealing with getting the extended service plan transferred to the new appliance.
While many other retailers would have provided a straight exchange right away, CAS did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation.
I can’t stress enough how incredibly HORRIBLE the customer service is.

One person shouldnt be in charge of everything for an order there is no team effort

You have every kind of refrigerator under the sun making it so easy to compare and choose the one that you want. In addition, my sales Representative Dammy Owanikin spent quality time explaining the pros & cons of various makes & models making it a lot easier for someone like myself who knows very little about refrigerators. In addition at my age, I was extremely please to learn that your delivery personnel would uncrate my new refrigerator and haul away my old one- who could ask for more? I would not hesitate to recommend you in the future.

Delivery was within a few days of the order and arrived within the delivery window with no issues.

The Canadian appliance Source was good to deal with but the delivery service provider they work with, Jsys transportation Grouo was not. I paid for hook up and the delivery people did not hook up my washing machine and dryer properly. Water was pouring all over the floor and the delivery people told me to YouTube the problem and left. I had to hire a separate professional to hook up my washing machine and dryer which was costly.

Customer service was good. 2 things I did not like was the washer & dryer were displayed as stacked, and when I accepted the price there was an adder for the stacking racks, also I did not appreciate paying for appliances in full before they are here, this is a bad practice. That is all thanks.

Online sale was quick and convenient. However, also not the best experience. I was looking for fingerprint resistant stainless streel - the sales person made a recommendation for a different dishwasher as to what I was originally considering. It arrived, for me to realize it didn’t have this important feature. Something I would not have missed shopping in person. Sadly, something I’m going to have to love with.
