Gurmehar provided excellent customer service. He gave us the space to browse and then stepped in at the appropriate time to help, all the time letting us know he was available. He listened to my need, my budget and made appropriate recommendations. He explained fully the warranty rules, the delivery info and my option to cancel order within a specific time frame. His help started a wonderful journey. Delivery crew was also amazing. They kept me informed, arrived on time and was careful in removing the old fridge and bringing in the new one. I will definitely return for future purchase based in my experience this time.

Buyer Beware!!
As a repeat customer I am disgusted how I have been treated.
My order number was T3424495, the delivery was sloppy, I had to stabilize the refrigerator after the delivery guys left.
After I removed the tape and styrofoam I discovered that there was a defective shelf which caused the left crisper to not fit properly. I contacted “Treshna” and that is when the runaround started.
Prices are competitive, but your customer service is abysmal. No direct extensions, rude customer support.
I have never been told that: “there is no supervisor that you can talk to.”
When I explained that I have a malignant brain tumour and to be patient with me, I was told that there was nothing more than they could do. This company is not worth the hassle, and your “After Sales” department is a joke. Everyone that works in that department needs to be trained in customer service and communication.
I would think twice before buying from them, there are other companies that value their clients and treat them with dignity!

Thank you for contacting us with your concerns.
We regret to learn of the issue you are experiencing with your GE refrigerator, which we understand was delivered on April 10th.
Please be assured that Canadian Appliance Source receives all products directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging and does not sell refurbished appliances.
As such, we have no way of knowing if there is an issue with an appliance. To address this, all our products are equipped with a minimum one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
We see that our After Sales Team have been in contact with you regarding the shelf issue, which was reported to GE on April 11th.
Following their request, a video was submitted for review on April 15th. GE's technical support team reviewed the shared video and advised that the drawer was functioning normally, suggesting a recheck of the shelf's placement.
This information was relayed to you via email.
Upon being informed that the issue persisted, the matter was escalated with the manufacturer, and a service call with a certified GE technician has been scheduled for April 29th, 2025, under reference number 9414298020.
Our team has diligently worked on your file to resolve this matter.

Amazing Customer Service from Hüseyin
I purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher
(KDTE204KPS) and a washing machine
(WFW6605MC) from Canadian Appliance
Source. Throughout the purchasing process, Hüseyin Adanir, the Customer Service Supervisor at Canadian Appliance Source, provided exceptional assistance. Both the dishwasher and the washing machine have been functioning perfectly, bringing great convenience to our daily lives.
I have never experienced such a smooth and comfortable shopping experience in Canada before. The professionalism of Hüseyin Adanir and the quality of customer service provided by the company far exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the quality of service offered by Canadian Appliance Source and would highly recommend it to others.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, not able to return unsatisfied product just after 3 days. Everything will be online correspondence only and we will get reply 24 to 48 hours. If you are satisfied with the product after purchase you need to live with that, otherwise we can donate to Value Village. We used to deal with Home Depot or Lowes, never had a problem. This is the first time we bought appliances (Stove and Hood), we will never deal with this CAS again. Huge Mistake to buy from this store.

Not all microwaves are the same
No complaints until our microwave had to be installed. Salespeople said not to worry you don’t need dimensions they are all standard size. We ended up paying as much as the microwave cost us just to have it installed. Size was considerably different. Put a huge damper on what was a very pleasant experience
