The drivers were fast and professional. They had a tight space to work with getting my old washer out and new washing machine in but they made it look easy.

Great Experience
Dave at Whitby store was knowledgeable and store had exactly what I needed. Price was great. Process only took 15 minutes start to finish. Next day delivery was amazing. Delivery people nice, friendly. They were not able to install due to needing extra parts but easy to install myself. Dryer running great.

I purchased an LG dryer on June 14th. It was delivered on June 17th. The first time we used it there was a grinding noise. Levelling did not help.
I emailed repeatedly to the sales rep and have not received a response. Very disappointed

I came in and knew what I wanted
I came in and knew what I wanted. The sales person didn’t have to do much for my sale. I am disappointed that I spent over $3000 and had to pay delivery for the one item because it was under a certain amount. Everything was delivered the same day same time, ridiculous. The fee should have been waved. Whether the sales person could and didn’t want to or wether is a ridiculous policy from CAS it really brought my experience down.

Bought a brand new washing machine and…
Bought a brand new washing machine and used it for the first time and it leaked. This was the 2nd washer I’d bought from them to replace the 3 year old washer that was broken. When I contacted the sales person I had dealt with he told me they couldn’t get me a new machine because it had been used and I had to go through warranty. I explained I had to use it to know it even leaked that I’d only used it once and wanted a new one. He insisted that I had to go through email to customer service, still waiting for an answer. Very disappointed!!!

Washer and Dryer purchase
Aaron at the Whitby location was amazing and very responsive. He answered all my questions and walked me through the process of delivery and as well as his the extended warranty works.
The delivery service team were fantastic and made sure things were working and nothing was damaged before they left.
Great experience overall and I would return to CAS for future purposes.
