The food was amazing ! Great taste with plenty of pizzas to choose from only critic I could say is that they should bring back the veggie meat pizza other than that the staff and delivery employees are really happy when I’ve spoke to them. Definitely grab one if you already haven’t you won’t be disappointed

Was hesitant ordering and expected it to be sub par...I was wrong extremely well made, pizza rivals dominos and is fantastic price. Definetly will order again

Was at the smk live in Milton Keynes and there was a pop up for captions and watched several staff members go up to the bins putting rubbish and then going straight back to handling the food no changing gloves or washing hands it vile and gross I would avoid . !!

Ordered from Northwich, waited 50 mins called told on its way. Waited 20 to 30 mins called told on its way. Called 3 times more later on and calls weren't answered. Delivery never turned up. Trying to get my money back now from just eat now. Terrible company that tell lies.

We tried Caprino Pizza for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The pizza lacked flavour and seasoning, making it quite bland. We ordered a deep pan pizza, but it looked and tasted more like a regular thin or flat-base pizza, which was not what we expected.
To make matters worse, the prices are quite high for the quality of the food. Overall, we didn't feel it offered good value for money, and based on this experience, we don't think we'll be ordering from them again.
Not recommended!

We really love Caprinos. Not only great, fresh pizzas and sides but lots of amazing deals and offers. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely rubbish. They state delivery in 15 minutes. Over an hour and a half later and nothing but excuses. Never arrived, constantly saying we only have 1 driver, like that’s the customers issue. Order somewhere else, the rubbish reviews this place has got are absolutely right.

The Burslem Caprinhos recently delivery some very yummy pizzas for our sones birthday party and the kids and adults loved them. Not greasy at all and service with a smile on line and over the phone the team couldn’t be more helpful to make sure I got the order I needed. Thanks team
Much better than a Domino’s

Recently opened in Lincoln , gave them a try and honestly compared to the previous takeaway there quality has gone down and prices have gone up

They just provide dough instead of pizza. I have ordered last night and got a unique pizza without toppings. They charged 11£ for small pizza and quality is so bad. I m disappointed.

Terrible experience from the Fleet branch. Ordered a vegan pizza online only to receive a call from the branch saying they had no vegan dough.Fair enough, so asked for a refund and after numerous attempts to fob us off the only recourse it appears we have is to write an email to their generic contact details and hope for the best. Never use them

What’s happened to caprinos. Nearly £60 for 3 pizzas & sides. Requested extra toppings & needed a magnifying glass to see them & couldn’t identify what they put on it anyway. 3 pizzas looked All the same even though totally different. Soggy pizza base. Really disappointing they used to be really good pizzas. I rarely have pizza as diabetic so was looking forward to this - last time I get a pizza from this company. Used to be so good. Shame.

Their MARGARITA pizza gave me food poisoning. Don’t order from here I’ve been bed bound for days

Really scummy company non existent customer service.
Ordered from Fleet branch and was double charged due to what I assume was website glitch.
Phoned branch and was told “didn’t know how to do a refund, manager would call back”
Never received a call back, pizza arrived late, explained the situation about the double charge to driver he told me to contact head office for refunds. Also to add to it he had given my order to another address by accident! So he had to return to the branch to make my order again, said he would be 15mins, was more like 30mins.
I contacted head office as instructed via webform never heard anything back. A week or so later I tried to contact via email, the email bounced back (does not exist despite being on their facebook) So I contacted via facebook messenger. I received an automated response saying they would aim to get back to me in 48hrs, they read the message a day later never responded, so I followed up again, they read it and didn’t bother responding. I have also tried commenting on social media posts and they’re simply ignored.
So I ended up paying £45 for a bland, pizza, with weird tasting pizza sauce and some wings that took almost 2 hours to arrive and have tried contacting vis several avenues to get a refund for the double charge only to be completely ignored. Now having to go via my bank to get a charge back.
I am due to move to a new area soon and had never used Caprinos before I decided to try them that night whilst working late at my office hoping they would be a good new pizza place to use in future, will never order from them again.

I waited 3 hours for my delivery, I called after 2 hours and they told me, my order had been cancelled. They hung up on me after I said I still wanted my order. then when it arrived it was all wrong and half of it was missing, the pizza had no sauce or toppings on it, just cheese, the loaded fries had lots of sauce and nothing much else, the wrap was practically empty, the bottle of drink was missing and the can of drink they sent was the wrong drink. I order from here regularly and this was the worst service I have ever received I was polite and understanding on the phone and was told to order somewhere else when I called to say I got the wrong order. I don't understand why I was treated this way.

Absolutely appalling, waiting what felt hours for a completely messed up order. I ordered cheesy and chicken chips and got a whole of rubbish ( jalapenos, BBQ sauce and a load of disappointment. ) #bring back boultham grill ! #boycott caprinos # bring caprinos down - Daughter

There was sour cream on my chips but took it off and it didn't impact my meal . Very nice Mac and cheese . Would rather a 4

Pizza was ordered online for delivery. Waited for an hour for pizza to be delivered when it was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. We tried to reach the store’s contact number but unreachable. Their delivery tracking tab on the website not updating no matter how you refreshed it. Seemed like the delivery man didnt have plans of delivering the pizza if we wouldnt have reported a scam transaction to our bank. Pizza and chips were no longer hot/warm when delivered. Worst pizza store in Slough, UK. Dont dare order pizza’s from them! Worst pizza store ever!

It had such good deals and qualities

Absolutely perfect pizzas and loaded fries delivered before estimated time for a decent price. Used their website which had a offer included so that might have influenced the price a little.

Will certainly use this company again. I've walked past the business many times when passing through Wellington and it always strikes me as very clean and well looked after.

Had the free 9” pizza on opening day in congleton the wait was no more than 5-10 minutes for a freshly hot baked pizza
