Captain's Craftworks Reviews

Great quality looks fantastic

the company staff were very friendly, genuine and professional. I was contacted by phone as my order was nearing completion in their workshop. i was asked if there was anything additional i would like before my order was completed and ready for delivery. Then I was advised of a date that my order could be delivered.
Even the the delivery driver who worked directly for the company, could not be more helpful.

Excellent service and communication. Our bespoke larder cupboard was perfect. Amazing quality. Would highly recommend

Had the Port Royal Butchers Block Kitchen Island made to my requirements and while I had to wait sometime for it to be made mainly because I ordered a month before Christmas I was delighted with the quality of my purchase. This is the 3rd time I have used this company and if you want quality then you will not go wrong. Thanks again Paul

We deliberated what size to get and where to get our kitchen unit from. After much research we decided to go with Captain’s Craftworks and I am so glad we did. We wanted something a little in between sizes offered and after speaking to Adam we agreed on a 3’ 6” kitchen island because we felt the 3ft would be too small and the 4ft a little too big. Our Island was delivered today and I cannot praise Adam enough, it is perfect in size, colour and fit. We asked that he colour matched our new kitchen units and sent him the RAL code for the colour and it is just perfect 🤩. We are so happy with our new kitchen island and would definitely recommend him. We are very happy customers and will tell everyone who sees it and is looking for something bespoke, to go to Captain’s Craftworks. They deliver on their promise.

Fantastic company , so prompt in answering my questions. Website easy to navigate and like I said any queries I had was answered promptly

We ordered a 4 section Butler's Pantry, but wanted a few adaptations from the regular design. Adam was really flexible, plus he coloured matched from a paint name, and advised us on which handles would look best. The product is beautifully made - a really solid piece of bespoke wooden furniture - and we are thrilled with it. It's transformed our kitchen. Adam always responded quickly to queries too.

I've been really impressed with the product, customer experience and delivery. I ordered a kitchen island and it is exactly what I wanted. There was plenty of customisation on the site and the company are really nice to deal with.

Absolutely beautiful and well made piece of forever furniture!
It has transformed our kitchen and made cooking a pleasure.
Great communication from the start and delivery in time for our first Christmas in our new house.
Thank you!

What an amazing company. The product is so well crafted, could not be anymore delighted! Thank you x

Beautiful Island
We are so pleased with our new kitchen island. It is worth every penny, I know it will be a very used and love addition to our home. Quality materials, crafted into a bespoke island, it made high street alternatives look flimsy and cheap. So glad we decided to order from Captain's Craftworks.
