I ordered a pair of boots from this company and I’m writing this review as honestly as I can.
I have received the boots I ordered and in fairness they are as advertised. They are good quality at a very reasonable price. However I will not order from them again. I placed the order on the 29th of June, today is the 20th of July and they have just arrived. I have had several emails between myself and the company complaining about not receiving them. They said the original order had been lost by evri, which I didn’t believe. Then when I repeatedly asked for a refund they said they were tracking the order for me and they were definitely on the way and they wouldn’t refund me as the order was coming.
Their website doesn’t tell you that the orders are arriving from china. They state delivery is only a few days.
To be honest I think I’ve been lucky on this occasion and I too, like others did not read reviews prior to placing my order. Be prepared for either a lengthy wait for your order, and having to chase it up, or for it not to arrive.

Awful scam, I feel so silly for not checking the reviews before placing an order! Ordered horse riding boots for my daughter - after 10 days I contacted them to cancel the order because it hadn’t even been shipped yet. They kept fobbing me off saying it would be with me in the next day or so. I insisted on cancelling for a full refund. They wouldn’t cancel, or refund, they just kept offering £15 store credit. Then on the tracking link it showed a shipment label had finally been created…IN CHINA! We thought they were in London, but clearly not! The boots took nearly a month to arrive, and what has arrived is absolutely nothing like the photos! Cheap flimsy material, stink of chemicals, don’t fit right, look awful. My daughter can’t wear them, and I wouldn’t even inconvenience a charity shop with them. Straight in the bin. I opened a case with my bank, and they are refunding us luckily. Absolute scam, please don’t order from here!

The shirt l ordered for my husband finally arrived, l joked with him that it must have come from China! Before l purchased the shirt they were helpful, now they aren't answering my emails. The shirt was meant to be a large, it certainly wasn't and lve never seen a man's shirt so short. I should have read the reviews first.

Looks like UK company but it turned out to be Chinese which is not what you expect. Slow delivery. Very, very poor knock-off copies of the actual boots advertised on the website. Dreadful quality, not even fit for the bin. No longer responding to my emails. AVOID at all costs, seems legitimate but obviously isn't. Wish I'd read reviews before buying!

Don’t know it! Parcel might arrive but it will smell so bad that it will have to go in the bin. You contact their returns office who answer very nicely, offering you 50% store credit, then, when you decline that 10% cash back and keep your useless purchase, then finally, post it back to USA for 30 dollars. Complete scam. Don’t bother.

False advertisement- brought some riding boots advertised as the brand ‘Mountain Horse’ tried to cancel order as it took so long but they didn’t cancel and proceeded to send me the absolutely shocking fake poor quality boots that I now have only 1 choice to return to China (despite not being aware of them coming from China) at my own cost. I didn’t even try them on, the packaging smelt so badly of chemicals it was immediately obvious that they were fake poor cheap PVC.

Absolutely shocking. The boots took a month to arrive and came from China. Very poor copy cat quality and stank of pvc. The pictures on the website are of high quality and the ones that arrived were missing specific detail. A joke to try and return. You either pay a big fee to send back or they give you a small percentage fee back and you keep them. Well, they promised me 40% money back and I keep the boots. Has this happened.....nope and I am emailing daily. Contact numbers just ring out.

Had to wait weeks for the shoes to arrive and then what a disappointment! Cheep plastic shoes not leather that they advertised?They are terrible quality plastic shoes not worth anything so so cheap and nasty.How can companies like this keep trading?Now trying to get money back though my bank as no response from seller and telephone number doesn’t exist!

Same as all the other customers on here. Wish I'd read the reviews 😪 first. Product offered not even similar than received. Can't return goods. Scam. The cheapest possible manufacture that could still be classified as actual shoes. Not worth 1 pound. Wouldn't want them even if they were.

Never received order £75.55 OUT OF POCKET!!! DO NOT BOTHER.

DO NOT buy from this scam company. They drop ship from china. The item you receive will not be anything like the item in the picture you see advertised, or pay for. If you ask for a return they will tell you to send back to CHINA ffs. This will cost more than the item you paid them for and didn’t receive. They will also string you along with ridiculous emails asking you to send photographs etc, etc. They have no intention of issuing you with a refund.

Avoid at all costs fake boots absolutely shocking clearly from chin took a month to arrive and look nothing like the photo and are not even the make they say they are but a complete scam . Contact details to ring customer service are not correct .

Wouldn't even give 1 star, took weeks to come. Supposed to be based in Dublin but ship from China. Extremely poor quality and not worth the money. When wanting to return they give you an address in China so costs loads to send back. Scammers

Absolutley disgraceful company, have tried to contact them on a number of times to return a pair of boots as they had been not only worn but were really bad quality. The company got back to me with an offer of a % off if i krpt the boots, i declined this as i just wanted to return a refund. They have completly ignored me since the customer service is diobolicle. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Terrible company, very disappointing!!
This company are scammers. I Ordered boots described as Mountain Horse Sovereign high boots. Genuine leather.
- Boots took 3 weeks to come
- Boots certainly are NOT by Mountain Horse but a cheap poor fake copy
- Absolute rubbish product
- Boots are certainly NOT genuine leather but a cheap plastic PU
- Boots arrived with no delivery note, no returns note and no receipt.
I have emailed 3 times to return but have not received a response.
