Website said item was in stock, it wasn't. But you will get there in the end
Website said item was in stock, was in need of quick resolution, tried to ring, but unable to get through. Emailed which took around 3 - 4 days to answer, to be told the item wasn't back in stock for another week minimum and hopefully my order may be satisfied then. Hopefully the item comes and is ok, but at the moment, I've been asked for feedback on an order that hasn't been dispatched.
Updated- order has now been received, managed to get through and chat to a nice chap on the phone and he explained the issues with supply of the item I had ordered.

Returned an item in time through their ebay account and no refund. Tried to contact them many time and still no reply. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

It's disappointing to receive this feedback when the delay wasn't caused by a refusal to refund. The item was returned with no order details, no name and nothing to identify who it belonged to, making it impossible to match to an eBay order. We asked for the return tracking details several times and, once they were finally provided on Sunday, we identified the return and processed the refund the very next day. Unfortunately, we can't refund an anonymous parcel. Including your order details with the return would have meant a much quicker refund.
