Cardiff Stone Ltd

Having my kitchen and utility rooms remodelled and needed to select new worktops.
After being recommended to Cardiff Stone, I made an appointment to visit their showroom and discuss options.
The showroom itself was beautifully laid out and immaculate. It really gave me lots of ideas for decoration as soon as I entered.
Great display of granite, marble, quartz, beautiful porcelain tiles, even kitchen sinks.
The owner Bassel, took our appointment himself and after listening to our likes/dislikes, helped us choose the ideal materials and design.

Excellent and prompt service given in the store and then onsite, with measuring, delivery and fitting. Faultless.

Excellent price and service.

I highly recommend Cardiff Stone

Excellent company to deal with. Nothing is to much trouble, open and trustworthy.

I was exceptionally pleased with Cardiff Stone. First class sales help from the outset, exceptionally quick fitting and a product that we are very pleased with. Thank you.

Really Helpful! Really Competitive and will definitely recommend them to people!

Excellent friendly service. Quality product and installation. Thank you.

We were shocked to receive a phone call from CS one hour before the fitters were due to arrive asking us if we had removed the old worktops. No - we hadn't been told we needed to (we had thought it was part of their service). They then said they would remove them for us for an extra £300! They also expected us to have a plumber ready to disconnect and reconnect the water and gas for us after fitting. Again, we were unaware that we were expected to arrange this. These extra costs should have been factored into the original quote as if we had known how much it would all be we may well have gone elsewhere. In the event, the emergency plumbing service we had to use cost us in excess of £400. Our initial response had been to cancel the whole order but In the event, Cardiff Stone removed the old worktops for free and reduced the overall price by £300 as a 'gesture of goodwill'. It was difficult also to communicate with the fitters about not disconnecting the gas hob before the emergency plumber arrived due to language problems. (They subsequently did disconnect it after we had turned off the gas supply ourselves). Although the worktops look good, the fitting around the pipes in one place left quite a gap, which we had to find some way of filling ourselves.

Brilliant and very professional service, I had stone worktops for 4 kitchens, it’s well worth the money spent... highly recommended

Brilliant service and attention to detail only thing I wish they would have taken time to have at least have a well deserved coffee, well done boys

We are very happy with our new Silestone Quartz worktops. Cardiff Stone were very professional in every way and their price was very competitive. We highly recommend their Company.

Excellent company to deal with. Great price and super fast service.

True professionals!!! 10/10 service.

We have recently had our kitchen top fitted. We could not be more satisfied with work carried out by this company. Kate at the office spent hours working with us and made sure every angle was covered. We felt personal involvement and very much looked after.
The result is amazing. Very happy with our choice of the company and their very much competitive prices.
Thank you to all of you at Cardiff Stone.

Can’t fault this company, so pleased. It took them 5 days to measure, make and install my worktops and they look brilliant. Highly recommended.

AVOID THESE ACTUAL THIEVES!!!!!! I know we all see those negative reviews out there and think, "Oh but this won't happen to me, that reviewer is just extremely high maintenance", this is not the case - Malek and the "owner" Bassel have literally STOLEN £1,380 from me, and I am in the process of suing them to get it back. AVOID LIKE THE SCUM THEY ARE!
