I hadn't needed any help thankfully, but it is comforting to know help is at hand if I do need it. You always answer quickly when I press the button, just to test so far but as I am 85 now it is nice to know you are there.
Josef is THE most helpful person I have had the good pleasure to have dealings with. It is extremely rare to meet somebody this helpful, polite, hard-working and dedicated to his cause than Josef. I deal with a lot of people, customers, contractors, suppliers, and nobody has come close to the level of service I receive from Josef on every occasion - emails are responded to quickly, I have never had to chase, situations that felt unresolvable are quickly, efficiently and ever-so politely resolved... There just aren't enough words to express how unbelievably thankful I am to have Josef as a contact, I have even shared his details with my colleagues and managers, as his ability to get anything and everything done to such satisfaction goes over and above everyone else! Thank you, as always, for such a fantastic level of service. I look forward to our next communication, I'm sure I will not be disappointed!

Looking for alarm system for an elderly relative, did a lot of looking around and everyone was pushing Careline365.
I got through to a really helpful fella (Connor) who rather than giving me the hard sell actually took time to look at what our relative needed. Also must say I was expecting the people who are probably market leaders in this field to be the most expensive; NOT the case at all. Very pleased with price of plans quoted and definitely placing an order.
