10/10!! Baqi & Janine never fail to go above and beyond, nothing is ever to much for them. From the very first phone call through to collection they always kept me up to date. Purchased 2 cars from them so far and recommended them too friends and family. As a family run business they are the best 👌😊

They sourced my son his dream car, arranged finance for him, and delivery the car directly to our home, a long way away in London.

Buying a good used car and finding the best finance deal had always been a long drawn out and stressful experience for me, but not this time with Janine and CarFinance123. Janine worked hard helping me source a car. I’m not easily pleased and she found a car to suit my needs and preferences really quickly. Securing the finance after finding the car was super quick. Janine went 30 miles out of her way to meet me half way for a test drive and then delivered the car to my door 3 days later, a further 120 mile trip for her. A truly personalised service. She kept in regular communication, updating me throughout the process and answered messages within minutes. Nothing was too much trouble, and I’m not the easiest customer to please. Fantastic service, professional and always smiling. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again Janine.

Buying a car in the past has never been something we’ve looked forward to. I can quite honestly say that our experience with CarFinance123 changed that for us completely.
Not only did they help us find the right car for us, they just took care of everything from start to finish. Literally the only thing we had to do was send over some documents and that was it. Without delay, the car was serviced, and prepared for me, and I love it. Great people, great customer service and they have been there since I bought my car, when I didn't know how something worked! I'll definitely go back when I next change my car.
