The package was left propped up against the front door on 10 December 2025…
The package was left propped u against the front door so I couldn’t open not open the door. The person delivering never knocked the door when I was waiting for them to deliver the package. The other thing they were ment to be collecting a package to go back which is still here . I cannot be in tomorrow for that to be picked up because I am sorting out my mother’s funeral in the next few days . I feel really let down by and disappointed by the delivery people.

I bought a Road Hero spare wheel kit…
I bought a Road Hero spare wheel kit due to the fact my car only had the tyre sealant and pump, which in my opinion has limitations that could leave you stuck at the side of road. The Road Hero kit has all you need to get you back on your way in the event of a puncture and looks good quality.
The price was good and delivery was quick.

It was perfect except that the delivery was in two parts on different days without any notification. Having received the tools and accessories on one day I called the company to request the actual tyre and wheel only to be told that split deliveries were quite normal. WHY DON’T YOU SAY SO UP FRONT?

Hi Tony, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. The spare wheel kits are sent out on a next day service on one consignment, but they are made up of two parcels. We send through tracking information and if the parcels do ever get split, as they occassionally do by DHL, this is shown in the tracking information. Thanks for the feedback - we will look to add a note stating that the order is made up of 2 parcels to help make it clearer in future.
