We had our family room carpet and lived in sofas brought back to life today by CarpetMonsters.

From first initial contact, I was met with great communication, honesty and an amazing professional service.

The speed of the response and willingness and understanding to fit into my needs in terms of timings, was outstanding.

Fantastic service, firstly lovely Andrew and Gaynor gave a quick and competitive quote, arrived on time and did a fantastic job on our rental property.
They made carpets that had wax, food and heaven knows what clean again that we didn'twant to replace as only 6 years old- and the stairs carpet that is actually 23 years old soft and fluffy again- how is that possible?!
We will be recommending you and using you again when needed!

This lovely couple cleaned our living room carpet to a really high standard, it’s come up lovely after having some building work done-it looks great and smells good too. They just got on and did it, only took an hour. Really pleased with the end result, reasonable price too- thank you Gaynor and Andrew. Will definitely use again, so easy to book and deal with.

I contacted CarpetMonsters (Andy & Gaynor) due to having awesome reviews and booked to have my sofa, carpets and mattress cleaned. They weren't just efficient, hard working, with a great attention to detail. They're also absolutely fantastic people inside and out! I got to have a watch and explanations in what they were doing, plenty of chats about everything random to pass the time too! Just genuinely lovely people, who care about the service they are providing!

No stone was left unturned as they spent hours cleaning it all. I couldn't recommend them enough. I wish them the very best! :)

Turned up on time with a short notice appointment. Don’t know how they managed to get green sticky goo from a 3D pen out of our carpet but they did! Carpets look good as new- they had years worth of dog mud/sick patches on them. They smell fab too. The people were really lovely- will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Amazing experience with Carpet Monsters. We called them in the middle of being stood up by another company & they were able to accommodate us within 24 hours. Andy and his partner are very friendly, professional, thorough & know exactly what they're doing. The rooms smell amazing! Highly recommend them, especially if you have pets, we had cat hair everywhere! They were able to show us just how much dust & dirt was extracted. We couldn't be happier!

I had my carpet cleaned a few weeks ago now.
I needed my carpet cleaning after looking after a friend's dog that was using my carpet as a toilet and of course you don't notice it's happened until the smell tells you and then I couldn't get rid of the smell. With having dogs of my own, there are only so many products you are limited to use that are pet friendly.
Carpetmonsters cleaned, deodorised and cleaned some more. When they left, my carpet not only smelled clean but looked amazing too. All with pet friendly products.
I didn't write my review straight away because I thought while it was freshly cleaned that of course everything would smell fresher. I wanted to wait until normal life on the carpet had resumed and their products had "worn off".
I am still delighted. There is no odour, the carpet still looks like new and no effects on my dogs.
Would thoroughly recommend this couple who did a sterling job and were lovely to have in my home too.

Contacted Andy at the weekend for a quote. He quoted me £50 cheaper than any other local service. He came 4 days later with his partner as planned. He explained the process so no misunderstanding so we knew what to expect. With forearms like Popeye and all the kit you would expect he cleaned our sofa and chair within an inch of their lives, and then some. Really good job, really competitive pricing system and a nice couple I would feel safe having round my elderly parents or my young family. What more do you need. I would probably take the negative comments posted on here with a pinch of salt, he even cleaned our wooden floor for us after the job free of charge. Honestly the sofa and chair are as clean as the day they were made.

Absolutely brilliant customer service and fantastic results. I booked carpet monster after poor results from another cleaner. Not only did they do a fantastic job but had me I hysterics .... such a lovely couple. Can’t recommend enough.
