Carpet One Floor & Home of Billings Reviews 

We just recently purchased flooring for entire basement. We chose LVT to meet our budget and needs for durability. Our salesman was very prompt, cordial, respectful and expidited the ordering and scheduling for install. However, after installers removed entire family room discovered a problem with door jams and baseboard that was not detected when sold to us. The installer first said we could replace all door jams and wider
baseboards but that added to a great expense of labor and material that we did not feel comfortable with. The store managers were very prompt in coming out and helped us access the solution and we did have them install the hard surface we had bought but unfortunately for us, we had to buy new baseboards, paint and install ourselves. We were very happy with the installers. They arrived at 8:00 and worked not stop. I really appreciated the care they showed for our home. The end result was beautiful!

I would recommend carpet one to my family as well as others. Great getting you on the schedule more importantly selling wonderful products with many choices! Many. Ask for justin and Sarah!

When we were replacing our window blinds, I got quotes from 3 different places. CarpetOne came in at the lowest price for the exact same product...almost half the price for Costco's quote. The entire process went smoothly; the ordered blinds arrived quickly and installation was CRAZY FAST!!! We now have a new favorite store!

I would have rated them 5 stars except no one has ever checked back
with us to see if everything turned out good. There would be a couple
of minor finishing touches to touch up, but when the carpet layers
finished, they left and that was the end of any communication.

Very professional service with a great variety of products. Very happy with the install and love the flooring. Janet and Justin were wonderful to work with.

I was very pleased working with Robbie in Billings store, she was knowledgeable about the carpet products and helped me select something in my price range. The installation was quick and the installers cleaned everything up. The carpet is on a curved stairway and it looks wonderful. My only complaint was a few wall dings that needed paint touchup.

The end result looked wonderful and we are very happy. Initially the installers didn't put pad under our carpet in one closet but upon talking to carpet one they came that same day and fixed the misunderstanding. They were very kind and did a great job. We will use carpet one again.

We got the overall look for the kitchen in just an hour together at Carpet One and I used that 3-d design as I planned the house. Over the following months. we worked by email (I live 220 miles away) and she was so accommodating, offering options as price vs. features had me vacillating back and forth.
Bottom line, Jessica was so professional and I am so excited about the results for the hub of the home. Plus my laundry room is going to be so efficient and beautiful, thanks to her eye and attention to detail.

Store people were great the installers appeared to have a few small issues.

I picked out carpet, with lots of fun advice, and in two weeks, we had beautiful new carpet. I will go back when we do the rest of the house for sure. I have recommended to several people! Love this place!

We had excellent service from Carpet One beginning with the carpet selection to the end of the installation. The sales team was very professional and answered all of our questions. The installation crew was on time, polite and very professional. I would definitely refer them to anyone needing flooring.

The installers did an awesome job but one section just didn't look right. I called Ron Scoles, Managing Partner of Carpet One here in Billings and he came right out. He inspected that "odd looking" section and told me he would call me that same day with options. He called me a few hours later with two options: Do a deep steam cleaning to see if the pile would come up and match OR redo that area. I chose to have it redone the way it should be. Without hesitation he told me he would contact me as soon as the order came in. He did and made the reinstallation arrangements. My Living room and Dining room look perfect and seamless!! Will I ever recommend Carpet One to my friends and would I choose to purchase new carpet from Carpet One again? ABSOLUTELY!!! I trust the folks at Carpet One Floor & Home here in Billings. They do what they promise!!

We were very happy with our salesperson, Justin Coleman. He was very knowledgeable in helping us choose our flooring. We are very happy with it. Still waiting for the letter and the best way to clean and the coupon for the product recommended for cleaning.
